It's about time we got an upcountry smokeshop! Huge selection of pipes, bongs, vapes, and everything to satisfy my smoking needs! Friendly and knowledgeable staff...Easily the best smoke and vape supply shop in Amador county, and it's enormous! So glad I finally can get what I need without going down the hill!

The lady that worked there was very nice and this is nothing against her however the owner is super scummy and doesn't deserve to own a business. I purchased a new vape when my other one stopped working and put batteries and an atomizer on it and it hit 1 time then immediately stopped reading the atomizer. I pulled the batteries out and put them back in and same thing 1 hit then couldn't read it anymore. So I asked if they would be willing to exchange it with a cheaper model and I will eat the cost of the difference but this one doesn't work and the lady said she would have to call and ask and her boss (the owner) basically said that it was my fault it didn't work and I would have to call the manufacturer. Now I'm out over $100 for a product that didn't work out of the box. I know for a fact that he can contact his distributor and they will replace it but he has worked up a great plan where he has to do no work and the only person who gets screwed is the customer. Never again.

Sells broken product. Won't stand behind his product sold here. He says no returns, but the product was broken upon purchase. He said, 'if I came down yesterday, he would have honored the return.' But he refused to today. This product was purchased 2 days ago. And I have my receipt.
