The lady working here was very nice and helpful with my questions about hair dye, even showing me pictures on her phone of what she's done to her own hair. She made me feel a lot better with my choices and what I was picking!

Finally! A Sally’s with a licensed hairstylist that knows what they are talking about! I normally go to Cosmoprof or Salon Centric to get my color or supplies. Needed some color and didn’t want to drive over an hour so I went here. Brittni was so helpful in explaining what line of color was similar to the one I normally use. While looking at the hot tools she helped someone else with color. She was very knowledgeable about the different lines and helped a woman who probably would’ve fried their hair off. Yea stock is low here, stock is low everywhere. Not the employees fault.

I have visited the Inverness Store on many occasions, and every time, I was blown away by the friendliness of the staff and especially their Store Manager Deb Schuck. Not only do the staff greet you upon entering, but Deb personally comes up to the front and walk the aisles greeting the customers and asking if they need assistance with anything.
Deb puts you at ease and freely gives advice on the products and shares the reviews from other customers on how the product worked for them. On this particular visit, Deb shared a product review with me and convinced me to try it. Yes, she was absolutely right. I loved the product. She doesn't just take the customers word for it, she tries the product herself and gives you her take on it. I like her vivacious personality, the vibes she brings to Sally's and the care she gives every customer. Just by the way she treats her customers, shows that she loves her job and is enthusiastic to come to work everyday. Walking in the door, you pick up on it and your shopping turns into a pleasant experience.
Kudos to you Deb! Keep smiling, you're a treasure to me and the Inverness community. No two Sally's stores are the same, but the INVERNESS STORE-DEB SCHUCK-IS SECOND TO NONE. YOU ROCK DEB AND STAFF!

The girl who helped me was great. I asked for advice & thought of items I might need above & beyond what I had thought of and she really was kind, courteous and helpful about everything. People who comment on size of store or selection ... most Sally stores are pretty much the same unless you get into higher populated areas where there's more product demand. Overall I've never had a bad experience here ... and it's been here for many years.

I love this Sally's! The girls are always so friendly and helpful and the manager is always busy cleaning and stocking shelves but takes time for anyone who has a question!
