Forester McCall

This is the best bar in McCall. Don’t even bother going anywhere else. They have the best drinks and the best bartenders. Lots of classics and they have good seasonal drinks as well. They always have something fun going on from live music to bingo to trivia. They have free popcorn always and sometimes do pop-up food nights. They also have a ton of bar games like cornhole. Bartenders are so nice and helpful. Plus they have cool merch. They’ll also help you get a ride home if you’re not good to drive - safety is a priority.

Stopped in on a beautiful September afternoon because all the ice cream shops in town are closed for the season . Booze is the next best thing, right? Our bartender made us really great gin and tonics so we decided to try one of their specials, the Gravitron. It was fresh and tasty and hand crafted with huckleberries. I wish I had gotten his name because he was super friendly and helpful, he made some suggestions for stops on the next part of our road trip. The bar has fresh popcorn, corn hole and one of those huge connect four games. The atmosphere is just really terrific and there are a handful of outside seats that belly up to the bar through an open window. Apparently they have trivia nights, bingo and live music as well. I’m sorry to miss those because I’m sure they’re fun!

Plenty of good places to go while in McCall, this one feels more like your comfortable neighborhood bar you grew up with. Normal + friendly locals, great beer and drink selection with live music on certain nights of the week all listed on their website.

Best Bar in McCall. Cary is amazing and the ambiance is everything you'd want from a "Fine Diving" bar.

Sat at the bar. Great Americana music playing, laid back atmosphere, good whiskey selection.

Cool place to be and even when it's crowded you still get prompt, friendly service! Good mix of bands on the weekends too.
