Everybody that worked there, from the young man up front directing me to find what I needed to the guy who helped with questions I had and to the cashier, was very friendly and helpful.

Senior staff, always helpful. Everyone loves their jobs and always happy to be helpful. You guys make my day happy.

Great place to shop and support it's been there so many years I have ran over there many times I at the last moment on a late Sunday and was able to find the things I needed to finish my projects.

It was easier to find what I needed in a very short amount of time compared to the bigger competitors. I asked someone, which in itself is impossible at the bigger places and was directed to the exact location of my request. The checkout line was very quick if I waited at all.
Definitely a great option if you don't want to deal with the larger alternatives!

So I get a gift card for my birthday. I'm just meandering around the store trying to find something that I'll enjoy as a birthday present, and all the floor workers were trying to help me by asking my interests and other things like that. Very helpful.

Everythings a little more expensive than the bigger chains, but the service is always on point. I go for the service not the price.

Ace is a great local hardware store. They stock a bit of everything, including boat n fishing equipment, even frozen bait! Helpful friendly staff and EZ parking. Ace is a little bit more expensive vs the big box hardware stores, but these stores are usually locally owned and carry high quality items.

They are just finishing a renovation and reorganization of the floor and what a great job. Plenty of new stock and great use of the space.

Wide selection of quality hardware. Knowledgeable, pleasant staff. A fellow named Jack was especially helpful. You won't get those quality of service at a big box.

I'm usually in their hardware section which is second to none. Even home depot and lowes don't carry what this ace does. My only problem is I live other end of town. In my opinion Best hardware in the city.

Store associates are interested in helping you with your requests. I had several people try to help me make a key fob for my vehicle. They were all kind and courteous. And even though I did not leave with what I needed, it was a nice experience. I was able to walk around and see other items the store carries.

Always helpful and don't leave you wandering aimlessly. Very much appreciated.
