Graeter's Ice Cream

I came in the other night and the staff was really nice, specifically Olivia. I came in with my three kids who can be pretty indecisive, and even with a long line she was nice enough to give them suggestions and multiple samples. We didn’t feel like we were being rushed at all by her. She took time to ask about our day and seemed genuinely happy to be there. I found a new favorite because of her… boldly bearcat

Literally the best ice cream shop there is. All of their flavors are amazing and although it may look pricey, they give you BIG SCOOPS. I personally like to get the Peanut Butter Chip flavor even though I don’t necessarily like peanut butter. The Peanut Butter Chip here is SO GOOD though and is the only peanut butter I will eat.

Their signature flavor black raspberry and chocolate chip soloes everything though. They know how to make it good and everywhere else I’ve been has black raspberry chocolate chip that can’t compare to this one.

Interior and seating is nice too, the place overall is quite big with outdoor seating as well. This place is usually very crowded but the line goes by quick and everyone just wants to have that Graeters fun.

You can’t go wrong with Graeters! Ice cream was great, service was fast and friendly. Restaurant had an odd smell when we first walked in but it didn’t bother us much.

My first time here I was welcome by this young girl with a beautiful smile she gave me a sample of blackberry and I asked her to mix it for me and she was all nice and did exactly what I told her she was very welcoming at the end she said we hope to see you again which most of the businesses here in ohio they have the worst customer service I wish I asked for her name she deserves to be a manager and a raise ice cream is the best I ever had with best customer service

I love lemon meringue, but I find the lemon can be a bit overpowering at times. This ice cream, though, has the perfect amount of lemon so as to not overpower, and the pie crust chunks were a really nice touch.

Lemon Sorbet is absolutely delicious. Very refreshing. Loved it so much, we went back in and purchased two pints, Togo.

For me, Graeter's is what I compare all other ice creams against. I have not had a bad flavor yet, but some are certainly better than others. Fortunately if you're unsure, they'll give you a baby spoon sample so you don't end up regretting your choice. It is a little pricey compared to other places, but the selection is great.
The mocha chip is my go-to, end all be all, ride or die flavor of choice. I have yet to find another flavor anywhere to match. Some of the employees are a little heavier handed than others so needles to say my heart feels heavy when the cone does not.
Recently I broke away from the mold and sampled the cheese crown. Don't let the name fool you, it is the Cadillac of cheesecake ice cream. It's as though someone dropped a cheesecake into the mixer and threw in some sweet frosting for good measure.
You can't go wrong with Vanilla (or any flavor) as it just reliably good. You pair that with a chocolate dipped waffle cone and you will take your taste buds to new places.
Do yourself a favor and just get two scoops.

Always have the friendliest staff and the best ice cream around. They are always putting out special limited edition flavors that are fantastic. My in laws always take some back with them to NY.

I mean, honestly, what more could I added to the 5 star reviews of Graeter's? It's soooo good. It's the best ice cream shop in the best ice cream chain with the best ice cream in America. Period. so good. Must visit.

Stopped to celebrate a swim class graduation! The staff were super nice and the ice cream was delicious! This store is located in the quaint uptown Westerville! Is so comfy and old fashioned and delicious ice cream. I had the chocolate brownie with fudge sauce and fresh whipped topping! Scrumptious! A great place for all ages!

They went above and beyond for me with COVID going on. I needed some light blue jelly beans and they were able to get them from the back and deliver for a 4yr olds birthday party! They were great!!!

Have been here a few times, good ice cream generally. Most recent experience was superb, the gentleman helping us was also trying to serve a family of 7-ish with multiple kids who all wanted samples and he handled it like a champ and the smile never came off his face (not something I could have done). I wish I had checked his name.

Just left the N State St store. There was only 1 gentleman working, Jaylan was his name I believe. It was very busy but he still took the time to ask if people wanted to try samples. His customer service was excellent. Once the line was gone he still continued working, wiping tables and pricing merchandise. He even told us goodbye and happy new year as we left the store. More people should have a work ethic like he showed today.

Nice little ice cream shop. It really has the small town old time vibe to it. The staff was friendly and quick preparing our order. The ice cream is delicious, some of the best I've had. If you are in the area you will definitely want to stop in.

One of the best local ice cream parlors in Columbus, hands down. Their rum raisin is sublime, their chocolate pieces are always soft, and their seasonal flavors are fresh and varied.
