If you go to this place talk to James. I have called over a dozen and a half different medical supply companies in South Central Texas and James at Medicare equipment Specialties in Bryan Texas is the only person that I have spoke with that knows what he's talking about and if he doesn't know about it which is rare then he cares enough to find out and find out quickly. He is very helpful and very knowledgeable. I drive 100 Mi just to go deal with him.

After several challenges trying to get medical supplies, my 5 star rating is due to employee James. James worked very hard to get my account set up properly, having to coordinate numerous calls between my Doctor, Medi-care, and my insurance. He then documented everything to make it easy for me in the future. Thank you James!

The staff were so helpful and patient. My elderly mother needed an electric chair asap. I live out of town and called to make sure we would be able to get her the chair she needed and EVERYONE was so helpful from bringing the chairs out so my mom (who couldn’t get out of the car) could pick the one she wanted to the gentleman who showed me how to dismantle it and loaded it in the car so that I could take it immediately. I am much appreciative and so is my mother! Thank ya’ll !!

When my husband needed a walker the staff at MediCARE in Bryan was knowledgeable and patient, letting him try different kinds of walkers while assessing his abilities. With their assistance I realized he was only able to use a basic walker without wheels. I also purchased a wonderful lift chair that was delivered the next morning. We could not have received more professional care from this team.

They've always been a pleasure to do business with, and Genese has often gone above and beyond in order to track down hard to find items. The delivery drivers are also great.
