Take 5 Oil Change

They were kind and professional, ensuring me throughout every step where they were at and serviced my car quickly and efficiently. Great customer service, they greeted me with a smile and a water along with answering all my questions when wanting to better understand which service would best fit my vehicle and its needs as well as making sure all my filters were replaced, IF needed and not pushing it if not required. I’ll definitely be back, Micheal and his team were the best.

My experience was great. I went for an oil change, it was my first time going there. I didn't wait long before they started working on changing the oil. The manager introduced himself to my husband and I, he was very kind. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable. Overall I had a great experience.

This group of guys are the best! As I understand it, this location was under some pretty poor management several months ago. But the new guys that have taken it over are unbelievable. With that said, ignore any reviews from 4 months ago or older! Not the same guys! As soon as I pulled in with my Durango SRT, they offered me a water while I sat in my vehicle. And then, as I pulled in, I watched as the head guy was going around and checking with everybody, checking on status, imparting knowledge between everyone, just such a team-based experience. I never had to leave my vehicle, and they communicated with me through my window every step of the way. We had several fun side conversations as well, which made the time pass quicker. They cleaned my windows, did double checks on all the work, even brought over other workers to cross check their work. I never had the impression that something was going wrong or that something I paid for didn't get done because everyone cross-checked everyone else. There are very few places nowadays that implement this type of excellence. I am so glad I found a closer place, with this level of service, that I can go to from now on. Highly recommended. Will be coming back.

Stopped in there on Saturday evening, they were quick!! Michael the new manager was training a young man and they both showed the upmost respect to me as well as each other during my time there. Quality service and a great price!

Jeremy, Mike and Christopher at the Wills Point, TX location were fast, knowledgeable and polite. They turned me into a new customer. I usually change my own oil but will start using Take 5 in Wills Point going forward.

I really like there attention to detail. They also asked if I needed my air conditioning filter replaced, which I didn’t even know I had. Thank you guys very much for doing that. Keep up the good work.

The guys that were there helped me get my oil change and clean all my filters and filled all the fluids on my car. They were very kind and generous, and explaining everything that needed to happen with my car. I highly recommend them. Thank you guys!

Fast services. Guys showed me what they needed to change. Then showed me the brand new parts going in so there was no pulling over and checking to make sure the job was done for what I paid for. Very respectful. Honest!

The service was wonderful! The manager was respectful and friendly. I was greeted with a bottle of water, and they serviced my car in 10min! Definitely a full time customer now!

The absolute best service I’ve ever received. I forget the managers names that were there that day, but it was two managers working together. It was there first time ever working together and you would have thought they would’ve worked together there entire life. Both were extremely friendly let me know every single thing they were doing followed and yelled out each saftey protocol. They were just the absolute best I can’t think them enough.

Stopped by this morning for an oil change. Ended up just getting topped off until my 5000 mile mark. Huge thanks to J and his assistant, sorry I didn't get your name, for everything. Very professional!

Went in for an oil change with a VW Atlas which is usually hard to get done anywhere due to oil specs and filter.
Chuck was very friendly, he checked the inventory and was mindful of the special oil requirement. Although we weren’t able to accomplish the oil change. It was nice to see someone eager to be helpful. I did get a cold bottle of water.

These guys were great! I pulled up and the guy walked out and handed me a bottle of cold water. Professional and courteous with good sense of humor. I won't go anywhere else!

Recently I had to get a state inspection and an oil change and had a great experience at the Wills Point Take 5. They were courteous and kind. They hooked me for extra discount because I had a coupon that was not valid and helped me out tremendously!!! 🚷 would highly recommend them!! The manager and his staff are excellent. They got me in and out in a short period of time and I never left the car. 😄😄👍👍

The 2 techs who changed my oil and my wifes oil on her jeep an my ford ranger where very professional and did a great job, i havent been back to the location in Wills Point due to horrible service in past, didnt have choice this past Sunday 7-14-24. Turns out the techs are from Canton location helping out. I wish I could remember there names and give them shout out. Not used to techs showing old oil on dipstick and new. Plus they show you air filters and let you choose to gwt new one!

My Texas Inspection for a Ford 2006 F350 6.0 one ton was performed at a fast tempo and was 100 percent accurate. The inspection also required new wiper blades which I supplied.
Four or five employees combined skills to contribute to the process. Everyone on the efficient pit crew was very cheerful and kept things moving like an assembly line but using humans and not robots. I really liked every one of the personable workers. They havrva great manager who impressed me with his ability to get past any problems which in this case was me! Inspections require proof of insurance so remember to bring your proof of ins card or an electronic copy. I say job well done to Take 5 Oil Change. "I shall return".

Christopher and Christian just changed the oil in my vehicle and were so courteous friendly and respectful and did it in such a fast amount of time. Give these two guys a raise because they are great at their job!

Customer service is everything! And these guys not only did a great job but they also went above and beyond making sure we were taking care of!
