CVS Pharmacy

I inquired at the pharmacy about rapid antigen tests for COVID-19 and was told I could place an order but there would not be enough time to complete the insurance claim before the pharmacy closed that evening. The pharmacy's supply of test kits was depleted so the pharmacy tech walked with me to the front counter of the store and we looked through the various brands of tests until I found the one I wanted. He then took the test kits back to the pharmacy counter and processed the order while I waited, even though there were just a few minutes left before the pharmacy closed. I walked out with my test kits about fifteen minutes after I arrived in the CVS.

Very nice and helpful personnel. Recommended.

Found what I needed, every single employee I interacted with was very outgoing and friendly. I had a short, pleasant conversations with the pharmacists behind the desk, and overall I've never been in a CVS that has been so welcoming. That being said, the check out times can be a bit slow, but I would still go out of my way to come here.

Person was very polite, my order was ready when I arrived. Her response to my request to send the receipt by email, "it was not company policy". I told her I would contact the company with my concern.

Slow check out, pharmacy slow, sale items usually not available after one day. Employees are polite

Had a sinus surgery. Went to pick up pain meds here. Explained to the cashier I was in extreme pain, she said it would be half an hour. No problem, I wait half an hour while I watch the people behind the counter talk about their cats and play with their phones. No problem, who am I to judge their process? I go up to the counter after half an hour, and again "sorry, it'll be about half an hour."

Manager needs to staff the store and Pharmacy more adequately, so as to avoid the Pharmacist having to arbitrarily close the drive-thru window service for several days, thus denying service to patients who have run out of medicine, but don't want to expose vulnerable customers/staff inside the store to a person who may have a respiratory virus.\n\nPharmacy tech was helpful, but store manager (#1903) was not, and could not provide reasons for denying service, and didn't provide any alternatives; luckily the Pharm tech took it upon themselves to walk 3 feet to the window to finally deliver me my vital medicine, which took less than a minute. The Manager and Pharmacist claimed they were too busy to operate the window, but they had 20 minutes to give me various reasons why the window was \"inoperable\".

They never have my prescription in stock, many times I have to go 2-3 days without it. The assistants in pharmacy are very disrespectful. CVS is not as good as it once was! Very poor customer service!

I was there 10 minutes ago and waited in line for 15 minutes. I got to the window (not realizing it was lunchtime and it was an issue with my prescription. She voided the order and told me to come back after lunch. I said I didn’t realize it was lunchtime and she rudely stated we have to go to lunch. Poor customer service,

I picked up two prescriptions (at no cost to me) and the receipt was 30" long! Save paper. Save our environment. Save money.

Terrible at getting non-standard prescriptions filled. If you have a prescription that isn't a big brand name don't try to get it filled at this CVS.
