Automobiles and trucks have separate if you were coming to pick up you will come in the second entrance and stop at the control mashed the button in the gate will open follow the well-marked signs to your specified. Departure is very easy and you have a straight route leaving once loaded. The shipping manager is great. They are very kind and interested in getting you on the road.

Ridiculous business service. Ordered from them through a third party. They don't give receiving instructions to inspect for missing parts (I ordered a bumper under their Hammerhead label). I don't receive the brackets and installation kit with the order. They say since I signed for the delivery it means I received it. They then offer to make more but I'll have to pay for the brackets and installing kit (normally $550 but they'll charge me $270-- this is AFTER I've already paid for a $1700+bumper that SHOULD have incised l included the missing pieces and clear instructions not to sign for delivery if they weren't in the box! ) I ordered 4 months ago, now I have to wait 2 more months for them to make brackets. But it gets better, they charge me $550 for the brackets, etc. I then alert them to their mistake and they say they'll adjust the charge. Instead of just refunding I now have a charge for $550 AND $270 and they sent receipts for both charges, but have not sent verification they've reversed the first charge. Why not just reverse $280 from the original charge? Now I've paid for brackets many times over and still don't have my bumper installed that I ordered in February (it's June). Avoid any entity associated with this business. They care about their revenue, not their customers

My husband and I were so happy and thought we had received a blessing when Hol-Mac called and offered him a job that moved us closer to our family and away from Memphis and it’s many crimes. Having a little one it was the best choice for our family.... or so we thought. My husband started working on August 13th. He spent 6 weeks in the plants learning how things are done. He was just fired yesterday, before probation period was over, October 26, without reason, after only a few weeks of being thrown in without training. Apparently my husband should have already known everything even though he just graduated December 2017 and had never done this work before. We are devastated and completely at a loss because we have a baby and my husband is the only one working ( I am in college). I would not work here if I were you. Save your family the heartache and stress of what you will do because you can be fired for “ Not Being A Good Fit”... I have trained many people in my professional career before I went back to school and can tell you that no one is a “ Good Fit” until you put a little time and effort into them to make them a “Good Fit”. It is just heartbreaking knowing you mean nothing to a corporation like Hol-Mac. We dropped everything to come here and they KNEW what they were getting. His resume clearly stated he was a recent graduate and his limited experience. I couldn’t sleep at night knowing I took the livelihood away from a young family trying to make their way in this world.
