They are knowledgeable and professional. That alone, however, is not enough. Experience as well as the practical application of their expertise is what counts. There is no one-size-fits-all for hearing aids. And the difference between “out of the box” and the end result is vastly different. If all you needed was loudness you could just turn up the volume on everything (and ask everyone to speak louder). Mr. Herb was able to adjust the frequency response to best compensate for the frequencies I had lost. Too many loud concerts in the 70s!. In addition, he tuned it for the shape of the ear canals. Yet that was only part of the “fine tuning” that takes place. Selecting the right type of dome or plug (the part that goes in the year) was critical and made a world of difference. If you going to go through the trouble and expense of getting hearing aids it’s important to do it right so that your hearing seems normal and not like a tinny old radio. As a physician I’m pretty fussy about those I trust with my care and I highly recommend precision hearing.

Mr.Herb changed my life. I never thought I would be able to hear so well again. The hearing aid I received was so tiny and matches my hair, you can hardly see it. I have recommended Mr. Herb to my friends and neighbors. It is great to hear my children and friends again, instead of saying “ what” over and over .
