Recently I was looking for a new hearing aid provider after receiving detrimental care by provider through my health care insurance. Contacted Fischer Hearing office and explained my condition and was given appt the next day. At appt., Paul listened carefully to my harrowing experiences, took a hearing test, explained results in detail, and the best treatment for my rare hearing loss. Finally! Someone who is listening to me and not pushing incompatible, expensive, USELESS, hearing aids! The new hearing aids are absolutely amazing after being profoundly deaf for years! Paul further explained to me I would need several appointments for adjustments as he needs to go slow, per my hearing test results WITHOUT any further payment. Now 6 weeks out, I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful it is to join the hearing world once again! So rare to find an HONEST, CARING, professional provider these days. Any follow-ups, adjustments, Danielle, (office manager) fits you right in, many times the next day. Hearing aids are very expensive, so comforting to know that for as long as I own my hearing aids, help is only a phone call away without breaking the bank! Give Fischer Hearing a try…you have nothing to lose.

My family’s been going here for years and years, and I’ve been going since I was a child. We’ve said time and time again when we get home from our appointments how amazing the service always is. The second you walk in the door, to the time you’re leaving, you can tell you’re cared for here and your needs are a top priority to Paul. I recently purchased an excellent pair of hearing aids through the Fischer Hearing Center and couldn't be more happier. He also supplied me with a temporary trial pair, no charge, for me to adequately adjust to the new sounds and functions. Had a hearing test performed. The office staff was very personable and professional. My appointment was right on time. Dr. Paul Fisher was both knowledgeable and professional. I recently purchased Phonak hearing aides from Paul Fischer (owner, audiologist) and could not be happier!
As a Registered Nurse, myself, I found it so refreshing to be able to discuss in detail my hearing concerns. Paul not only answered all my questions/concerns in a concise, professional manner, he also provided me with a “trial” pair which I wore for 4 weeks (with came with no obligation)!
A consumer cannot ask for more than this!!!

Being 38 and admitting that I need a hearing aid was no easy obstacle to overcome, but Paul has changed my life drastically. My husband and I can't tell how please we are to have Paul Fisher in our lives. My personal experience has been approximately 10 years now in Toms River, NJ. Started with my Mom then me and finally my husband.

This past September we relocated to Delaware and was NOT satisfied with the local Connect Hearing Representatives. Our only recourse was to travel 3 hours (each way) to have wonderful service and Brand New Hearing Aides.

Paul listens....let me say that again...he listens. He understands the testing technology, but, he also realizes your personal understanding of the hearing aid process is extremely important.

I met him after a disaster I had with the hearing aid experience; Paul listened to my story, validated the concerns and worked hard to make it right. And that he did! The new aids are fantastic and all is better than expected.
