The T-Mobile team at this store is excellent. Specifically Esteban who went above and beyond to help get us the right phone and plan. Even when we hit a snag Esteban was able to navigate working with the customer care team on the backend to ensure everything was set up correctly.

Cristian was absolutely a pleasure. He held conversations with the elderly couple before me as well. One other associate told me that someone will be right with me. The store manager of this store needs to train the associate at 7059 Radio Rd. You can definitely see the difference between authorized dealers and actual T- Mobile

I want to give a big congratulations to the men and women that help keep businesses running at this location in the Coastland Center Mall. I’ve received nothing but 5-star treatment with all my product purchases and inquiries. I strongly recommend stopping by for any of your cell, wifi, and business services. Outstanding customer service! Me and my husband have had a fantastic experience with Joe and his manager last week. They help us not just to switch our provider and giving us an excellent plan, but also offering a great promotion on both phones. They really love their customers and spend time with them.

Excellent service. All questions were carefully answered by a knowledgeable employee. Customers were listed in the order they came into the store so no one could jump the queue.

We went to this store to get our new iPhone14 set up and transfer the data from the iPhone SE phone. Also to transfer the data from my husband old cell to the iPhone SE. Denise was very cordial, knowledgeable and helpful in getting all our questions answered . In less than 20 minutes she did all the work and we were happy. We recommend this store for all your T-Mobile, iPhones needs.

Nick is amazing! He makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Nick was really compassionate and made certain I left the store happy with my purchase. I did return to the store a week after my phone purchase and he greeted me, by name and with a smile. T mobile is lucky to have him.

I was there the other day with an issue about a phone that need it to be returned and lines that need to be activateD...Chris was amazingly patient with the entire situation that took many hours, also Angel and the other girl that I can’t remember her name we’re behind cordial with me and the entire situation that they got resolved. The only reason that took that long is because they have to call their line helpers to do some changes to my account. But again the costumer service was great from all of them that, even stayed after they close patiently to finish resolving the issue. Totally recommend T- mobile and this store!

All of the employees at Coastland Mall T-Mobile are absolutely amazing! They are always friendly, helpful and really care about the customers. I don't and won't go to any other T-Mobile! Brian is the best and I am always happy with what I purchase and my service. THANKS GUYS RONNIE

What I love about this place is how lovely the people can be, the took me in like if I was a baby bird in need of help. Especially an employee by the name of Adrian Avilés, he helped me when I was in the most he speaks Spanish and English so I’m case you need both he’s your man. But all in all this place made me feel at home so I truly recommend to come on over if you’re in need of getting the latest iPhone or any other services you need.

What an awesome kiosk location. Very clean and the remodel is awesome! Great phone choices, including IPhones and some good accessory options as well. It's convenient being in the mall location too. The knowledgeable and friendly staff were great. I was very pleased. Well done!

I never leave reviews, but I just had to after the experience I had at the T-mobile store in Coastland mall. The store is clean and well-run. The staff is friendly, very helpful, and professional. I won’t go anywhere else! Best t-mobile store around!

Went in this past week and was helped by Nicholas. He was super helpful and answered all of my questions. He was very professional and went out of his way to help me with all my needs. I was in the area and don’t live close but will definitely make the extra drive to come to this store because of the quality of service I know I’ll receive. Will be back again!

Although my husband and I were not pleased with the cell service at t-mobile, Brian was a tremendous amount of help in the frustration. He showed care for the complaint and tried his hardest to find a resolution for us. Customer service isn't always the easiest career, Brian, however excelled!

Not many T-mobile representatives give you accurate information and phone tips as well as Nicholas. There has been times where I would go to another location and feel ignored and not satisfied with the answer a representative gave me but he assured that I understood the phone and my plan.

Great service! Their staff was fast, friendly and efficient! I wouldn’t go any where else. I really appreciated their honesty and the fact that they are not pushy sales people. Highly recommend!
