They are very helpful, polite, and deliver on time. No complaints here.

After a screw up by ups and a delay to my son's birthday decorations being delivered, they transferred the shipment to USPS. The window people went above and beyond to ensure my son's decorations for his birthday were found and delivered on time. They even sent a kind note with the package. We could not have had a better experience.

On Saturday, 12/19/20, we mailed a Christmas box to Fairfield, Iowa. Expected delivery was 12/22, but my grandparents got our package on Monday the 21st! My grandma was excited, and texted, "You have great delivery in CR!!"

I like that this PO opens earlier than most. I’ve not experienced anything horrible here at all. Always been at least two employees up front when I have come in. Earlier in day with fewer customers there is the one employee which is fine.

Always pleasant, always know exactly how to treat and handle a public, that, as a business owner in town (Arcadia Tire) I KNOW can be more than a little horrible to deal with.. I've never had a problem and honestly enjoy going whenever I need to.. Thank You USPS!

I had called the main post office in Cedar Rapids Iowa and had terrible customer service and I mean terrible very very rude. I ended up calling this post office a gentleman answered he was very polite he helped me with exactly the question I had even apologize for the other guys inconsiderateness very very pleased.
