Below Zero Ice Cream & Grill

I got a late lunch here on 6/19/24 and the food was great, a bit expensive for fried food, but good. The owners were very friendly and the service was fast l. The inside of the shop has seating and is wheelchair accessible, but no bathroom. Theyre very accommodating. We ordered a burger with cheese and bacon but they were extra, with LTO but it was left off burger. Burger was delicious. Also ordered a fried chicken sandwich and 2 orders of fries. Everything was very good. We also hot a slushy, 2 canned sodas, and a dog sundae which was huuuuge at $3. Probably like a cup and a half if soft serve vanilla, peanut butter syrup and a milkbone.
Plenty of parking and a pavilion to eat under, as well as lawn games like connect four and ring toss. Its right across the street from el rancho drive ins on route 5. Great location. Good food, definitely will be back

I wanted to do something special for my Grandmother on Independence day so decided to stop in and treat her at Below Zero to try their food & ice cream. We were not disappointed. Their ice cream was amazing and way bigger than we expected and the food was so delicious!!! The staff was very friendly also and put cute little flags decorating our food since it was the
July 4th holiday. We both will definitely stop there again.

I went to below zero on a nice summer day wanting ice cream and it hit the spot! I requested the owner for a strawberry oreo flurry (I tried it as a milkshake once at five guys, loved it, and was craving it again). He did it right away, and even gave us a free scoop card. Great service and cute place.

Ice cream was great! Worth the drive. We went monday evening around 7 the staff was excellent.

The owner was very polite and friendly. Service was fast. Would like to try additional dishes including their Reese's ice cream cake!

The food was great, especially the ice cream. We dined in, and the atmosphere was great, plus the staff were excellent and extremely friendly.

My favorite ice cream spot! The best chocolate malts ever! I used to get brownie sundaes with pb added, but they kept getting messed up a bit (maybe miscommunication but thats okay!) accidents and mistakes happen!! This will still always be a 5 star place for me. Friendly staff, great ice cream and food! :)

Great neighborhood ice cream shoppe with friendly staff serving up great tasting and fair serving sized ice creams! Community events scheduled throughout the summer! Something for everyone! I definitely recommend them! Give ‘em a try!

A small family owned ice cream shoppe. Owner is very friendly, prices are more than reasonable. Despite ongoing construction, we were invited to sit inside during a cool day. Excellent all around.

My kids and I stopped by on our way through town and really enjoyed our time here. The staff was very nice and helpful, and we loved the community vibe of the place. Really great portions of yummy ice cream at reasonable prices. Will come again if in the area!

My husband and I went to Below Zero for the first time. The ice cream was really good. I ordered a small chocolate in a dish and was surprised by how much I received. We also sat at their picnic table area and they had music coming from the speakers. It was a pleasant experience and can't wait to go again.

Sundae’s are good size for the price not cheap on the fillings or toppings. Folks are always polite. They serve you with a smile. It takes a few minutes to get your food but it’s always cooked fresh. I keep coming back.

Excellent new ice cream shop that is going to be a hit for years to come I hope. Super friendly service with top notch owners and absolutely fantastic ice cream. Love that they serve local ingredients! The place is super clean, all updated and the prices are good. Order a small. Trust me. You can not eat anything bigger unless you're sharing and even then you're likely headed straight for a food coma if you even try. Love the location. The picnic table area has lawn games and views of sunset through the trees. Perfect atmosphere with positive vibes. Bring the kids or some friends. Sit down and relax for a bit, plan to stay and hang, there's plenty of space and you won't have to worry about direct sun or any flies. Grab a loyalty punch card while you're there because Below Zero is going to be a frequent stop.

I loved the homemade pulled pork on a fresh roll. Flavor profile was perfect! Service was quick and friendly.
