I want to say that it was a great experience. Plus, the chicken was good. I ordered my chicken order a second time. The staff there were great.There was particularly an African American female who was extremely helpful. I cannot remember the name of the female at this time. I wanted to give her specific recognition.There was also an Caucasian male that was there. The time was approximately after 4 p.m. Thank you very much.

Excellent customer service. I haven't been here in a very long time. I remember walking here as a kid. The gentleman here are so polite. (Sorry for spilling the lids.) I can see that they take pride in their work. Definitely in my top 3 of RoFo's in Baltimore.

In this store every day, at least 3 times a day. Every one knows me by name, and know what items I typically come in for- which they usually have ready for me when I get to the counter. Even the new hires get to know me as well. As a former employee of royal farms, I'm quite impressed with the services at this location.

This is best location in SW Baltimore. The food is always hot and fresh. The customer service is wonderful. I'm here at 3xs a week

This staff is always upbeat and friendly the parking isn’t the best but it’s very convenient in location
