Austin, one of the reps there was great, very friendly, not pushy at all and also very knowledgeable on the products the store had to offer. Needless to say I’ve been sleeping better as of late! Prosperity made our experience at Metro Mattress an absolute joy. We came in with our 2 year old son at the end of the day, and she was kind enough to entertain him, give him balloons, markers and paper to color, a book to read and a stuff animal to take home.

They delivery and Hall away went very smooth. The guys adjusted the adjustable base twice for me until it was what I wanted. Very neat and professional. Highly recommend. Also the Nector mattress is great.

Salesperson was knowledgeable, informative and so helpful. She knew exactly how to leave me be to try out the mattresses while I narrowed down my preferences. I tried some that were too firm like a board to too springy etc, and then found some that felt just right. From there she was able to steer me to the perfect one! She was delightful to work with. Second bed bought at metro mattress different sales person each time same excellent experience

I had a great experience getting a mattress for my new bed. Robert gave me a great rundown of my options, and had the perfect match in stock. He gave me a great deal and answered all my questions. I got next day delivery and the movers brought the box spring and mattress all the way in and set them up. I ended up being able to get what I needed quickly, and would definitely recommend this store.

I went to Kobe's for dinner, real nice place to eat. I'm a basic Chinese food type of person, so this place was way better than what I would normally go eat. If you like hibachi style grill then this is your place, but they have a lot more than that. Great sushi so what I was told from a friend I was with. It seems like a Japanese style restaurant more than anything, but they had a bunch of my favorites too.

We just moved into town and we were looking for a new mattress for the master bedroom. As soon as we walked in Jake was very friendly and helped us try out several mattresses based on needs for sleep, comfort, and feel. The prices are very very good for the high quality of mattress you will get. Delivery was in two days which was critical for us and the delivery came earlier than expected. We got two free pillows and a mug! Definitely, recommend this place and talk to Jake when finding your next mattress. We will shop again - great value, great quality, fantastic customer service!

My husband and I bought a mattress today at the Manchester location. Jake was very helpful to us and knowledgeable about the various mattresses. He was good to work with and not pushy at all.
