Enliven Yoga and Wellness

What a special place! The atmosphere is open and inviting, with space for everyone no matter your background. I love the casual, judgement free environment Tara has created where even introverts can feel comfortable. I have really enjoyed the different events here, sound baths, and group meditation. Even more special was the reiki session with Tara. She took extra care and time to make sure I was comfortable, answered all my questions, and really gave me the best possible experience. What a beautiful gem for this small town! We are so lucky.

Tara and others are awesome yoga and event leaders! I go whenever I can, and always leave enlivened, happy, satisfied, and glowing . Tara strives to provide a comprehensive and diverse array of physical and spiritual experiences as well as community camaraderie, which can be absent in other yoga studios. The Cacao Ceremony was such a hit on the solstice! All ages, men and women, residents and visitors, educational, spiritual, physical, and sensory! Many were turned away due to space limitations. The space is lovely and I appreciate the generous provision of props. Check it out!

My friend and I started with enliven last week. All the teachers are great at bringing different skills to their classes. We’ve been to 4 classes and the sound bath on Sunday. Now that was an amazingly relaxing and invigorating session. Wow 🤩 feeling enlivened indeed. Come join us ❤

I love Enliven! The studio is super cozy and Tara is an intuitive and creative teacher. Every class is different but it’s always what I need! This little studio has become an important part of bringing peace and balance to McCall. Would highly recommend ❤

I recently became a member of Enliven Yoga.
Without a doubt, an array of very talented and invigorating instructors.

They are teaching me skills to foster a sense of inner peace and improve my flexibility, strength and balance.

I wish I would have discovered Yoga sooner.

The studio is warm and welcoming. A community movement space revived. Teachers are amazing and there are classes for every BODY. I especially enjoy the sound baths and pop up workshops. It’s a great place to connect with people of similar interests and studies-

Im not sure if I found Enliven Yoga or it found me. Either way it has become my favorite place in my self care efforts. With their gentle approach for beginners to their encouraging push to achieve more. It's all individually designed for each there own strengths.
The teachers and all the differnt level classes are dedicated to cover the entire spectrum that Yoga has to offer.

The best yoga studio in McCall. Offering a variety of classes and owned by a McCall born and raised authentic teacher. I love that the studio makes an effort to go beyond asana, and truly keeps the foundations of mind, body and spirit available. The studio offers meditation, sound baths, ecstatic dance, kundalini, reiki, workshops and more! Always feeling the good vibrations here!
