VIVI BUBBLE TEA

There was only one person working so service was slow during the lunch rush. But the person was working hard to get everyone served. The takoyaki was hot and delicious. The flaming brown sugar drink was amazing, they flame the top with a hand torch and serve it cold. The strawberry lemon was really sweet and the toppings that come with it were great.

This is by Far is the Best bubble tea Shop in the Germantown, Gaithersburg, and Rockville areas. Plus their staff is very friendly and helpful when it comes to choosing the flavors and the add ons Which most people do not do at the Kung Fu Tea shops...

This place hands down has the best Passion Fruit GT in the area! I have tried 2 places in Germantown, 1 had too much sugar, the other place just could not get the order right! As far as friendly customer service... the owner at Vivi is the nicest and most patient gentleman! He is always willing to answer any questions I may have about different teas! I absolutely LOVE Vivi Bubble Tea!! I'm a forever customer!!

This is a wonderful little spot, nicely decorated with very cute images. I enjoy the people that work there. Very clean and has seating if you want to drive in. The popcorn chicken is delicious! I love the coffee milk tea!

I go to vivi about twice a week. I have always liked their drinks. The guy behind the counter was always nice to me, answering my questions whenever I felt like trying something new. I highly recommended this place for those that are new to bubble tea.

I love this place the guy that I Ordered from was so nice and tell you what your getting and and he was very Pacific. And the vibe in this place is so chill and kick back and I also like the music and the pink chairs and table. I AM DEFINITELY COMING BACK!!!!!!

I love most of their teas I bought like 4 today. But if I’m buying food I need it to be a nice portion and appetizing. Thanks Vivi sounds like the name of the girl that lost her mind-trippy. Love it 😊

The boba tea here is really good, but holy smokes ... these people need to work on their customer service skills. The employees are just not friendly. Maybe it's a bad place to work or something. It seems like they all hate working there and it reflects in the way they treat customers.

I love going to this place! It has such a friendly atmosphere and right now I’m obsessed with their Taro Tea! It’s super yummy! I also love their pepper salt popcorn chicken! I definitely recommend this place

Definitely my new favorite tea shop. Loved the Rose Milk Tea and ordered their earl grey, pistachio, Nutella, birthday cake, wedding almond macaroons. Delish!

A very good basic bubble tea place. The honeydew milk tea is my favorite, but the standard black milk tea is good too. And all of the snack foods that I've had so far have been delicious!

This meal is generally good, fast to eat, cost-effective, very delicious, children also like it, will buy back!

Was there today 7.31.2020 business was closed and a key lock box on the door. Looks like they are out of business... Hello, I did not mean to be offensive, it appears thats the way you took it. I was there at 1: 46 pm the hours do say 12pm so I was surprised! The open sign was illuminated on top of the door but when I pulled on the front door it was locked. I also peeked in the store and no one was inside. Maybe the person was in the restroom and locked the door for safety? No way for me to know that! I LOVE VIVIS BUBBLE TEA! I will change my rating and be back another day!! Thank you for responding. I hope you understand what I was surprised. Best wishes!

Excellent boba and the lovely server made sure we had what we needed free of charge even after we made a mistake in ordering l. So grateful for establishments like this

Came with friends, bought two cups, the taste was ok, and the service attitude was very good!
