Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa

I recently had work done with Pinch A Penny and Josh on resurfacing and re-tiling my pool, originally built in 1981, and the results were great! The project was particularly challenging due to the need for bullnose tile and the requirement to avoid any damage to the existing deck surface. Josh and his team handled these complexities with remarkable skill and precision. They delivered a flawless finish, with the new tile perfectly complementing the pool’s original design. The deck was left untouched and in pristine condition, demonstrating their attention to detail and care. I am happy with the outcome and highly recommend Pinch A Penny and Josh for any pool renovation needs!

My husband and I drive the extra 15 minutes each way to come specifically to this pinch a penny bc they are literally the best around. And their customer service is night and day compared to the other location in Palm Coast. Owner Patrick is super knowledgeable, always goes out of his way to help. He even offered us a loaner pool vacuum while ours was out of commission!

Old Kings Road Pinch A Penny replaced our old pool light and did a EXCELLENT job! It is so bright a aircraft can see it from 30K feet! Darren and his tech were outstanding. Judd the Project Manager is also highly recommended, Call these fellas for all your pool needs!

House sitting for my Dad. Checked the pool and not owning a pool up north it appeared as though there were issues with the filter. My Dad has a service contract with Pinch A Penny so I called them, told them my issues and within two hours Brandon came out. Brandon looked at it and within 30 seconds and without making me feel ridiculous he told me there were no issues, (I was looking at it wrong). He took the time to show me what I needed to do. Not sure what Dad pays for their service but they are worth it...professional, courteous and honest (could have easily ripped me off if they wanted)!

The staff acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. The store was impeccable. They were very responsive but did not pressure me. The Manager was so personable and helpful to address my needs. I will always purchase my pool supplies from this Pinch a Penny!

Our pool is 17 years old and had a leak from construction that needed fixing and they did an amazing job! The bottom, from what I understand can be needing a refurbishing after about 10 years so it was time and certainly the best Company to do the work. They are prompt with their scheduling and are fair with any changes and asks of repairing a bullnose & tile with the leak repair. Pool definitely looks like new. Had to get new pool lights as the 4000k or 5000k spectrum of light makes such a difference with this remodel and Scott, the owner, was very helpful. I highly recommend this company and they do new Pool Builds too which is always good to know so I am sharing.

Thank you, Mitchell, who made sure I got ahold of the service manger Brandon who called me back and finally, Kevin, who came out to address issues with the cleanliness of my pool that was in deep need of cleaning do to a missed service call by another person, which was inadvertently went to wrong address. But Mitchell made sure I received a call back from Brandon after a couple of calls of me trying to reach him on a busy day. But Brandon di work it out and sent Kevin out to make sure my pool was addressed. Thank you

I came in because of a green pool. TeeCee assisted me immediately. She was very friendly and told me exactly what I needed. Wrote me a little checklist for how to get it cleaned again and sent me on my way. It was a very quick and pleasant experience. Would recommend!

It is so important to share quality workmanship. My pool service tech is very thorough, friendly and knowledgeable. I love getting and paying for services which are promised and rendered. He explains everything when I have a question and we get a follow-up email which gives the overview of the service. What makes this company special and personal is that he offered to bring my dog (daughter) treats. Most people shy away from pitbulls not understanding it how you raise and train your dog. Lucy loves to see him come even though she is on dog's version of 🐕 weight watchers. We look forward to his EXCELLENT pool service and Lucy awaits the one treat!

I highly recommend these folks. Paul came to our house and assessed the extensive amount of work we needed and did a fabulous job. They didn't come in the least expensive, but it was clear that they were more knowledgeable and they responded much quicker than anyone. We live out of state, so the daily updates and pictures and the pride in the job was more than I expected and very much appreciated. Highly recommended.

I decided to have this company resurface my aging pool and I'm glad I did. Working with Paul was a total pleasure. He was attentive to all my questions and instead of texting me back an answer he would personally call me. From start to finish all the guys were fantastic. Michael prepped the pool and got everything ready for the crew. After the bonding was completed, the crew comes in and gets the whole pool resurfaced the same day. The work was fast diligent focused and clean up was like they were never there. Darren came once a week to sweep, check all water levels and make sure everything was correct. What a gentleman he is, while Paul would oversee and communicate all what to expect. I feel they did an excellent job, its great to find a company that puts so much effort into your project.

We buy all our pool supplies from this store. They are always so friendly and easy to work with, they make you feel welcomed when you walk into the store.

Thank you to everyone who helped! At an airbnb and the pool turned green overnight, but everyone there was so nice and helped us get enough chlorine to clean out the pool so quickly!

My go to place for regular pool water testing and supplies. Their parts pricing can typically be beat online, but they have decent inventory if you need something quick. A family business at this location with really nice folks!

Went over to Pinch-A-Penny because we had a problem with our pool equipment communicating to our OmniLogic pad. Scott set us up with an appointment. Yesterday, we had Zach come out to the house and get everything straightened out and is now working perfectly! Thanks Pinch-A-Penny for helping us out! Highly recommend!

Since building our home in 2005 we have always used this location for all of our pool needs. My most resent experience with them has prompted my to write this review. There are many helpful employees in that location but Nancy stands out by far. She went above and beyond to help get the pool filters that have been discontinued. She researched and provided me with the link so that we could get the filters that we needed.

Went with the intention of getting a pool filter for our above ground pool. The owner opened early so that we can make our purchase. Very well informed in all aspects of pool's. From what to expect from the pump we got to how best to maintain your swimming pool. She even gave us a 50 lb. bag of sand I would need for the pump. Great experience. Will positively be a returning customer.
