A tip from someone who buys a lot of freaking car parts for their POS lol sign up for an online account! It is totally worth it to make your purchases through the app or website and take advantage of the sales they are always running 🤷🏼‍♀ typically 15-20% off or more, depending. They seem to run at least 20 to 25% off or more on holidays like Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc, but I have never made a purchase online and not had at least 15% off. As an added bonus, when you sign up for the online (Speed Perks) account, you get rewards every so much that you spend lol. I bought a $280 part and acquired a $10 and a $5 off coupon. You can not combine them for 1 purchase unless you have an elite account, but hey whatever LMAO it was something, and it came in handy when I needed to buy the next set of parts for my POS LMAO you also get so much off of each gallon of gas at (I wan2 say) Shell? and I'm sure other things 🤷🏼‍♀

So yeah LOL we prefer this location over other Advances in the area, as well as other parts stores in Scottsburg. Everyone that I have come in contact with in that store is very polite, and truthfully, just follows your lead as far as your knowledge etc. Great location!

Advance is the only place I go, they have the best staff in Scottsburg. Chase goes above and beyond finding whatever his commercial customers need. Nick is also the same on the DIY/walk in side. Pat always makes sure to greet me when I walk through the doors, as well as the other staff. I never shop anywhere else if I don’t have to.

I came to the store to have my lawnmower battery evaluated. The tech checked it in front of me, told me it was still a good battery, just dead. He recharged it for me then rechecked to make sure it was still holding a charge. He did not charge me a cent! I was very impressed with his honesty & work values. I plan on taking all of my automotive needs to them in the future.

We were driving up interstate 65 when The check engine light code Came on. I called this advance and spoke to Pat. When we got there he ran the test on our van. They were so very nice and helpful.

What a great place. These guys are very cool and helpful. Very nice. Willing to work on prices and price match. Had decent sales on various automotive items and tools. The service was immediate and fast. Great experience and way better than autozone. Don't expect to have any bad experiences here ever I hope.

This is the best auto parts store in all of Scott Co. The manager I believe his name was Pat Coyle was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to assist me. Thank you so much. It's great to know there is still a business out there that gives that kind of service.

Genuine customer service! I'd give 10 stars if I had the option! Went here to find a part I couldn't match, manager went above and beyond to help and I fixed the problem! They now have a dedicated customer!

My name is Freda Stout, I visited Advance Auto Scottsburg, IN this afternoon needing a new battery. They made sure my old one needed replaced, cleaned posts, cables and whatever needed done before they tested it. I needed a new one, they worked with me very well. The workers were excellent and explained everything I needed to know. I was a little nervous being a female going there, but that was not a problem. I will be getting anything I need in the future for my automobiles at their store. I appreciate all they did, especially Pat. Thank you so much.

Can't give these guys enough stars. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly helpful. They went way out of their way to help us find a new radiator for our car and a mechanic to install it the following day (something that would have taken several days, if we had done this through a dealer). An employee then drove us to a hotel after we dropped the car off at the mechanic and picked us up at the hotel the following day to drive us back to the mechanic when the work was complete. The Scottburg, IN exit has plenty of auto parts stores to choose from, but if you want excellent service that goes above and beyond your expectations....Go here!

Customer service with Pat Coyle is great, such a great person also, he knows the auto business, can't go wrong with him, pay him a visit!!!

This Advance Auto is Great ! Fantastic employees , one employee even went above and beyond to help my husband and I , his name is Larry .
what happened was our truck broke down on 65 and Larry brought us the parts we needed to fix our truck on the side of the highway , using his own personal vehicle and his own time after he closed the store that night. Thank You So Much LARRY for helping us that night !

Service was great and fast. Everything I needed he found for me. It was super easy and cost was as expected.

Great selection of products and employees are always very helpful. I am an automotive detailer and they have a great selection of detailing supplies especially chemical guys brand.

Never had bad experience until they closed at noon on Christmas Eve but I can't blame them for that all in all they always seem to have what I need
