I have used Ben’s several times over the years and my experience has always been positive. They deal with the insurance company so you don’t have to, they can supply a rental car if you don’t want to deal with it, repairs are guaranteed for life of ownership and my car always comes back cleaner than when I dropped it off.

A friend recommended Ben’s after a black ice incident this winter.
I was very pleased with their spot-on quote and seamless work with my insurance company. The loaner car provided was also a real plus.

These are days when getting parts can take a long time and I was happy to wait to get such a quality job done.

Great service. After my accident, I called and went straight to them. They handled the insurance I had and provide me a clean rental that ran well. Insurance delays caused me to wait longer, but, I wasn't charged for rental fees when my insurance coverage stopped. My car looks great. I have had service in the past with Ben's and I have always been satisfied. Friendly staff.
Update; November 2019: I had the dealership check my car and informed them of the accident and repairs. They were satisfied with what they saw and said that whoever did the repairs did a good job!
Update: November, 2020; My friend slide off the end of a driveway and into a ditch. Two areas of the car 🚗 were damaged. I recommended Ben's and told her that she could choose which auto body shop she, not her insurance, wanted. She said she was treated well and received her car 🚗 back in two weeks. She was happy receiving a phone 📱 call Thanksgiving Eve to say her car was ready. She was satisfied with the service on her car 🚗.

First time at Ben's after a truck door opened into my parked car, causing a couple significant dents with paint damage. Within 15 minutes of it happening, I gave them a call, swung by for an estimate and dropped the car off (other person at fault). Jake from Ben's was GREAT. Set me up with a rental and I was on my way. He was in touch once before I went to get my car (to ask me a question on damage) and when swung by grab it, the work they did was outstanding. The door looked brand new. Honest, hardworking people. If I ever have to go to a body shop again, or have an opportunity to recommend one, I strongly suggest Ben's. I have used a couple other local companies before and will never go anywhere else. Thank you Jake and everybody at Ben's!

I have used Ben's twice now and cannot rave enough about them. You do not need to worry about getting a fair price or hidden fees as they are upfront, honest, and try to get you the best deal possible. The communication is next level and it comes with untouchable customer service. Leon is so kind and patient, and he makes sure you understand what is going on every step of the way. They even cleaned my interior which made picking the car up even sweeter! You're in great hands here!

Seriously great service, communication, and follow through. My car was hit, they dealt directly with the insurance company including extra charges they didn't include in the approval. I added on some small cosmetic fixes as it was already there, and it came back better than expected! Highly Recommend.

A few weeks back a deer ran infront of my vehicle and my vehicle sustained damage but was still drivable. After doing some research on the best auto body shops around, Ben's came up first. So after dealing with my insurance company they had me go to the body shop to get an estimate of the damage. I called first to ask some questions because I'm a newer driver, with this being my first "accident". I talked with Beth and she told me exactly what to do and what to expect from the process. Same day I went in for an estimate and Beth was there to greet me! I couldn't have been happier with how easy they made the process. They give you good ol fashion customer service! I will always recommend and always go back! You guys rock 😁

The crew here is TOP NOTCH. After dealing with them I will never use another body shop. From start to finish it was a great experience and the black paint on the vehicle is flawless. Black can be hard to match up. Great job guys.

This is not the first time I have used Ben's Auto Body for my car repairs but it has been some years in between. I have recently purchased a new Jeep and with 2000 miles on it I got slammed into by a speeder who ran a red light. Thought the jeep was totaled but being so new the insurance company did not want to do that, if they were going to fix it I knew I wanted it done right so I said bring it to Bens. Leon at Bens helped me every step of the way with dealing with my insurance carrier I appreciated his help and the staff at Bens was professional all the way through the process, Car came out great. Very happy.

10/13/16 This shop absolutely lives up to it's promise. Quality and care of it's customers! Hands down, this shop would be my first and only recommendation in the area. I was treated with kindness, respect and dignity and not only was Doug mindful of my situation, but he provided me a solution that saved me money. They truly care about their customers. It's not always about the dollar and that was evident. I could not be more pleased and would most certainly use them again.
