I purchased a bridle leather belt with engraved name plate. The quality of the belt is A+! It is a beautiful item that I will have for years to come, and which gives me great memories of the Bluegrass when I wear it. The price is unbeatable for an item of such superior quality. That said, the customer service was far and away some of the very best I have experienced from a retailer. Friendly, responsive, and willing to make my experience a great one - even if it was just a belt! The equine community has a great resource and friend in Pinkston's.
