I was very happy with the work we had done by SWAT Plumbing, LLC. Swat plumbing was very prompt when called to come and give an estimate They were in contact with the insurance company and the claim was expedited in a prompt and forthright manner. They showed up to do the work on time as scheduled with the proper equipment and completed the task without complication. The owner was knowlegeable and polite. The task was not simple and required heavy equipment I would recommend them for any plumbing job.

I am completely satisfied with service, character, and price! I was impressed with the quality of work and Mr. Durham willingness to answer all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and I didn't have to explain myself. He got right to the problem! I previously called another business but they weren't as nice. I had to ask them to leave my property because they came without the proper equipment and argued with me about my property! I'm thankful for Mr. Durham and his wife, such sweethearts! Polite and courteous and got the job done!! He even corrected other problems that I didn't call him for. They also came out the same day. Thanks for squeezing me in your schedule at short notice. Brandon was absolutely amazing!!! He took time to analyze the issue, try various troubleshooting techniques before fully diagnosing the problem and ultimately fixing our issues! I 100% loved the fact that Brandon walked me through the issue so I would understand his diagnosis. Great service! Very friendly and professional workers came out to do the job on my septic system! Gave me a estimated time frame of maybe 2 1/2 days. Job was completed in 1 day. It has been over a month and everything is still working perfectly!! Thank you guys so much! Highly recommended!!

Will absolutely use this company again. Mrs. Cassie returned my call very quickly and came out to our house that same day. They returned back the very next morning to replace the pipe that needed fixing and saved us from quite the headache. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

For those wondering "Why Swat?" I'll tell you why...These guys come in and take care of business. I called on a Sunday in a difficult position and these guys worked with me. They cleared my sewer line, reset my toilet & drain pipe, installed a P-Trap & drain pipe under my vanity in my Bathroom, Installed a tub shower valve. All of this was done in under 3 hours. SWAT made this nightmare of a situation into a pleasant encounter and ended it with a Very Fare price. If I have a future plumbing issue and I had to wait for SWAT for any reason, I would. Definitely worth the wait. Thank you SWAT!!! Life savers 🪠
