Absolute wonderful place to eat outside…chairs, tables, and umbrellas too!

My husband, four of our grandchildren, and I ate lunch at Chick-fil-A in Williamsburg, today. We ordered through the app. The crowded dining room was relatively clean. We wiped off our own tables, due to the crush of people. The chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, chicken strips and salads were outstanding! Our grandchildren loved the ice cream! The restrooms were clean and stocked. The free, large (for a Chick-fil-A), well-lit parking lot was also clean.

This was a whole different chick-fil-A experience as the restaurant is hidden in an historic building on the fringe of the College of William & Mary. Best part of all though were the people working there. They're experts at empathizing and communicating with college aged students. The place has an entirely different vibe and I felt like I was in a strong community of people who know and care about one another. Oh and the chikn 🐔 was delicious too

Only been here twice but both times the food has been really fresh and people have been very friendly. Escpecially the manager/ owner, not sure which one he is.

Came in this morning with my twin brother before his last final at William & Mary this semester. The cashier machine was acting a bit wonky and not accepting flex so the managers fixed it. Overall a positive experience. The service was friendly and the food was hot and delicious! I would visit again

This chick fil a experience was definitely unique. It is located on/near the campus of the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA. It seems to always have a line (perhaps students can redeem meal plans here?) We stopped on our way out of town around dinner time and there were upwards to 25 people inside waiting. The line moved quickly and efficiently as if they were used to the crowd. The workers were friendly. The menu is slightly limited and the prices are higher, as most campus fast food chains are and the food was “mid” but it did what it needed to do lol Overall we were pleased.

Great location and employees here work hard and are super nice and professional. Wish more fast food restaurants had employees like them. There's a nice amount of tables inside and outside here and parking behind the building is free in addition to free street parking.

Christian, Maddie, and the rest of the team that took care of my family and I were exceptional!! Super kind and the food was on par with what's to be expected from Chick-fil-A. One of the best experiences we've had at any location.

Great atmosphere. Be aware that they have a limited menu. There is no kids menu, but we were able to get a meal and split it between the kids.

First time in the area and enjoyed the ride to get to Chick-fil-A. The service was fast and my order was correct. The food was good as expected.

The manager was kind and very accommodating!

We ate as this location with a group of 37 people. We called ahead to let them know we were coming and also had pre-placed our order. When we arrived our oder was ready!

This location is small with limited indoor seating. However, we found plenty of seating outside on their patio.

Great service! I like how it's inside of an old building to match it's surroundings.

I use to design Chick fil-a concept plans, I was looking forward for a drive through lol. But I like how I can park in front of it and walk it. They preserved the historical elements and adjust their plans to fit in that building.

If I am in. Town again, I will definitely visit this location.

Also, I love how you are able to dine in and out of the building. The exterior seating is along side a nice street.

Great service, plus self checkout is nice

Amazingly this one was not full of guests at lunch. They told me they are not busy during summer. They don't take the app because of school policy. I thought that was very anti competitive of the school. The ice cream maker worked unlike McDonald's. The store was very clean and the staff were very helpful as expected.

The Chick-fil-A was great, not busy which was weird. This CFA was not the normal restaurant. The ice was campus ice, no chicken tenders either.

Everyone working at the restaurant were super nice and helpful. They were great making small talk and smiles.

This is an independent location that does not use the app, and it serves Pepsi products, which is rare for a chick fil a! The team members were friendly and welcoming. Their indoor and outdoor seating is still closed, but the service was efficient and accurate, and the food tasted great.
