Fantastic experience!
We were in the market for new appliances and expected to just browse and see what this store had to offer. We bought 5 new appliances before we left!
The prices were simply unbeatable at this store, there is no competition in this town as far as I'm concerned. I priced elsewhere and we paid over $500 less at Electronic Express. The entire staff was top notch. One salesperson opened the door for us when we arrived, the manager Jason greeted us as we came in and our salesman Daniel went above and beyond. He was attentive, listened to our needs and wants, and directed us to the very best choices for us. He also made sure we were getting all the rebates available.
To top it off, everything we ordered is available and can be delivered right away. Thanks!!!

We went in this evening looking for a great deal on an appliance. Electronic Express definitely has the best prices in town. We were interested in a floor model as it’s hard to find black appliances these days. Jason the store manager was a pleasure to work

They were sold out of the item I was looking for and he answered a ton of questions for me with patience and kindness you don't always get from sales especially when they know you aren't going to buy anything. I from now on will always ask for Ethan. Hope those reading this will as well.

The young lady that waited me was very friendly. She had an excellent knowledge of all the tvs I was looking at. I had an excellent experience.

We went in today looking for a fridge and had the pleasure of working with Jayden. He was very helpful finding out what was in stock and what all of our options were. I have purchased many tv's from this company and it is almost impossible to beat their prices. I've always had really good luck with everything I've ever bought from them over the years. Very happy to have them here.

I purchased a “drawer style” microwave oven, that, when my drawer was finally completed, was too big for the space. And this was more than the 30 day return policy. Jason, the store manager, helped me find a microwave to fit and agreed to make the exchange. Thank you Jason! It’s nice to know that some stores still care about their customers and not just their store policies.

Great service. Ethan went and physically checked that the item was there since I had a long drive to the store. They helped me load it into the truck and price was cheaper than listed online.

We visited electronics Express to buy a new TV and washer/dryer. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, answered all of our questions, and made good recommendations without being pushy. Then they helped load the TV, office chairs, and a few other things we added to the order into our truck.

We had been to a local office supply store earlier that was very unhelpful, Electronic Express was a breath of fresh air after that encounter and we will definitely be back.

We bought a washing machine here and I love it!!! The staff are very helpful and I highly recommend this place to all my family and friends!!!

Daniel, in the appliance department was very knowledgeable and helpful in my refrigerator purchase. He was able to find me exactly what I needed and was able to provide me with exceptional service. I went to Electronic express first, then went to best buy and Lowe's to check the prices. The service and prices at both stores couldn't compare to EE. I would definitely recommend asking for Daniel, at the Cookeville Electronic Express location, if you're looking for any appliances. He gave great service from start to finish.

You will find a lot of variety and options for your choice appliances, the staff there are very helpful too. The price may be a bit above the budget for most students but it's ok for most workers. You will see the best options for whatever device you are looking for there. You should definitely check it out.

The staff at Electronic Express was very helpful and answered all my questions to the best of there knowledge when helping me set up my dual monitors for my gaming pc. This store cares about the quality of the items you are buying at reasonable prices. I would recommend this store to anyone that needs help with electronics and how to set them up and use them. 10/10 would recommend!!

Chris at the Cookeville location was awesome. Helpful, kind, patient and respectful. The kind of associate/salesman I’m happy to spend money with. Got me a new tv and kept me in my budget and I left happy rather than with buyers remorse. Give that guy a raise!

Really impressed with this store we stopped in to check out the dishwashers and microwaves. They had hood prices and friendly staff .

We went to Electronic Express after visiting Lowe's in Crossville.We were looking for a Washing machine. After waiting for over 20 minutes for service at Lowe's, we found out that they don't even keep the machines there anymore and I would have to order it. My son always liked Electronic Express, so we thought we would check it out. We walked in and immediately we were welcomed , and they were ready to help us. We found the washer we wanted right away, it was the same model we originally wanted from Lowe's, except it was $49.00 cheaper than Lowe's sales price! We bought it, they loaded it, we were out of there. We liked it so much , it will be our first place to go. Lowe's will be our last place to go!

We were greeted right away by Chris. This opposed to other larger electronics stores where you have to search for someone to assist you. After telling Chris what we were looking for in a sound bar he told us about 2 options (brands) and any differences between the 2. Then he gave us a demonstration. We found Chris to be both professional and personal. By the way, we made our purchase and after hooking it up we are very satisfied. We will be returning customers when we have electronics needs.
