My wife and I needed to get our passports for an upcoming trip. I was unaware they can take 7 weeks or so to get. This was our first time to this location. The gentleman who helped us at this location was very polite and helpful. Most times I have used a post office, the employees were either rude or made me feel rushed; he did neither of these, it was actually a pleasant experience! He gave us options to expedite our passports, and made sure everything was in order. After only a few weeks, our passports have arrived! Thank you for your help, we will always use this location from now on!

I have shipped over 10,000 parcels and have dealt with many post office locations. The crew at the Rockford post office have always treated me fantastic. They are hard working and very professional. They always answer all my questions quickly and correctly. They make my life just a bit easier. I have no concerns when dealing with the folks there. Thank you!

They were really great! Candy was knowledgeable and found my package quickly. She explained why it required more postage when it had been mailed from my parents. They offered my daughters stickers. Altogether a very pleasant experience.

Great customer service, at the Rockford Post Office!!! I dropped off a package at the Warren, MI post office location going to Cedar Springs, MI, one week after drop off it still had not been scanned as received. I filled a complaint online. Within a half hour a supervisor from the Rockford, MI location called me asking more questions about my complaint. They told me I should call the Warren post office. I tried calling their multiple times over a few days with no one answering the phone. Then I received a second call from the Rockford office stating they had been looking into my claim and explained to me that 3 sorting plants near me had been shut down and that mail was expected to be very behind. That evening I final got a notification that my package had been scanned in at the Grand Rapids Distribution Center and was delivered the next day.

Thanks to the Rockford Post Office for doing the job of the Warren post office!!!!!

Rain, sleet or shine, they deliver. Literally. Lol. I have always had the utmost respect for letter carriers, as my grandpa was a carear letter carrier since the end of World War 2. Rockford MI Postal Service stays true to that excellent tradition. Larry is the coolest and friendliest Mail Man ever. His attitude is superb! Keep up the outstanding work and my family thanks you all for your service and dedication. 5 stars for sure.

I don't know why all the negative reviews. The Ladies that work here have to be the friendliest and happiest postal employees I have ever seen. You bumpkins need to hit a big city post office and calibrate yourselves every once in a while.

The nicest personnel. I never wait long. Been living around different places lately, and Rockford is full of nice people. Best customer service I’ve had in the state from a Government office.

This post office is great. If you need anything at all ask Jess. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Candy is great too! This is by far one of the best post offices I have been to.

Thought they were and are great. Always helpful. The one complaint about getting returns because you had the wrong weight.... Absurd. Get it right. 2oz is 2oz.
