Bright. The styles displayed offer endless possibilities of fabulous looking fashion. The Sales Associates extended an apology for a slight wait during a training moment. There was no apology needed; however, the fact that she offered one in itself was appreciated. Especially, in light of rude, obnoxious, impatient behaviors of society these days. Thank you to your very supportive Manager who encouraged you through the process while engaging her customer.

First of all what's not to love about loft? Second of all this is one of my favorite loft locations! The staff here is always helpful and amazing. And they always have my sizes available and ready to take home.

I found deals that were better than a typical Loft, which is normal given the structure of how Ann Taylor works. Good store. Clean, organized and attentive staff.
