It was my first time in the store and the staff was very friendly, the guy inside answered all my questions about the different vapes. I look old enough but he still made me present ID which made me feel younger lol. Recommend this store I would give 10 stars if it was possible!

Jay really makes you feel cared for he will go above and beyond to make sure your taken care of. Every time I walk in I walk out happier and their selection of vapes and glass is out of this world. 10/10 price, 10/10 service, and 10/10 selection!

Every time I go in there my boy Jay hooks me up. The place is always so clean, well taken care of, and stocked up. Jay is always so nice and chill and helps you out with everything! Love this place I highly recommend!

This is the best shop around! I go here every week to stock up. Jamal is one of the kindest, most helpful and knowledgeable people you will ever meet. He really cares about helping people. Excellent selection, clean and well organized store. I won't go anywhere else.

HUGE selection and owner is very helpful. Has juices and flavors not carried at the other dozens of stores in the area. Prices a tad higher but he has the inventory and the best selection of products in Fuquay-Varina.

I’ve seen a few negative reviews in here, and I have never experienced any of their concerns or complaints and I’ve been a loyal customer for well over 3 months. The staff has never been anything less than friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. You have questions? They have answers. I've visited quite a few vape shops in the area and all of them are sub par to the experience, product selection, and pricing that I've found at Omega Puff. Great staff, great products, and great pricing.

An absolutely wonderful experience! One of the best selections of juices and equipment in the area, beautifully laid out store that’s clean and spacious, and customer service that you just can’t beat. Making this my go-to for vape supplies!

I want to start out by saying that it’s a shock to see the few negative, one star reviews. ESPECIALLY about the gentleman that is usually behind the counter. I have been to many vape shops and I have NEVER been treated so well by somebody behind the counter, before. From the very first day that my husband and I stepped foot in this store, we were treated with such positive and uplifting energy and care. From a previous review, I’m going to guess this man’s name is Jamaal? If so, Jamaal (the gentleman that is there, I swear, every day haha) has always dedicated his attention to all his customers, individually and he is never annoyed or rude while doing so. You can tell that he has a passion for taking care of his people and that’s exactly what he does. As for not replacing a defective device-he ALWAYS has his customers test the disposable device that they purchase BEFORE leaving his shop. I also bought a small rechargeable disposable pod vape thing. Sourin drop? I think that’s it. The pod that came with it wasn’t very good and once he followed up with me about how it was and after explaining, he immediately offered me a replacement pod and even filled the pod that I had just purchased with his own juice to test it. This review is turning into a book haha! Anyhow, my point is… this shop and the man who is usually running it is the most friendly and energetic person I have ever met at a vape location. Oh and, my goodness. I have NEVER walked into this shop and experienced vape fog… EVER. 🙄

The rep that is there always take the time to be patient with explaining which vape would suit me the best and point me to the best flavor due to asking questions because there is so many options to choose from!
