From start to finish we had a very pleasant experience! Matt was the Best! He ran all over that car lot showing us everything they had to offer that he thought fit what we were looking for. Not only was he the greatest at giving us all the info on our truck, he shared personal stories, made us laugh and made us feel at ease in every way possible. Felt like we were talking to an old friend, the way we was caring on. We left happy with our new ride! Everyone there was great and made the whole visit absolute wonderful!!

Tara went above and beyond to help me get into the vehicle I wanted. She listened to my payment options and knew exactly the suv I wanted. I couldn't have been more pleased. At first I was discouraged about the amount they wanted to give me for my car but Jerry explained it's would need rotors which would have made up for the the money I was expecting. Overall I will definitely be back on my next vehicle!

My family and I were traveling from Texas to North Carolina, we were about 8 hours away from home when our car very unexpectedly started having major issues. We were lucky enough to be able to pull into Carlen Chevrolet before it completely quit on us. Every single staff member was so kind and welcoming. Went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us find a rental near by, even gave my husband a ride to pick it up, and made sure everything was squared away before sending us on our way. Highly recommend them, extremely friendly.

Was ready to come in and buy on Memorial Day, but arrived and the dealership was closed. Submitted my information that day online and received a call the same day (on the holiday). Dusty pulled the truck off the lot and had it waiting for me when I arrived the following morning. Whole process couldn't have been easier. Ordered a bed cover at time of vehicle purchase and the service department had it in the very next day! Amazing experience overall!

Had to have my Suburban towed there during our vacation. They did an amazing job communicating with us. Helped us through the process of getting a rental and getting reimbursed for the rental. They have been amazing! We knew nothing about the dealership/service when we had to have the car towed there. I am so glad they were able to fix everything!
