Excellent service and price

The good: their customer service was awesome, super accommodating.
The bad: they sent me away three times saying the issue was fixed. After breaking down yet again I had the truck towed home (300 miles) and promptly fixed it myself. I'm not sure if they were being shady or incompetent, but regardless it was a frustrating and expensive ordeal.
