California Tortilla

Got the mixed grill bowl and it was good. It had a good amount of steak and chicken. Service was quick and food tasted fresh. Also they have a good selection of hot sauces.

I was pretty impressed. The owners were present, they opened the door on my way in carried my tray to the table. Thanked me for coming in, and even offered me chocolate on the way out. Nice guys. Thanks!

This is the best fast casual dining experience I have ever had. The place was clean, the food was great, and most importantly, the staff were wildly nice. For example, a man and his wife (presumably the owners?) brought people's orders to their tables when ready. He brought my girlfriend and I our orders and gave us complimentary cookies for desert. He then checked up on us to see if we needed anything. After a half hour, we left. On our way out, he held the door for us, patted me on the back and said "come back soon, Andrew!" - the fact that he remembered my name in all the commotion of people walking in and out is remarkable. I saw him have similar interactions with everyone there. If you like good mexican/tex-mex style food, go here.

The food is great and the owner is almost always there. Not only does he greet customers, but I have seen him getting busy in the kitchen, refilling things like cups and napkins, and sweeping. You can tell that he really cares about the business, wants it to succeed, and no job is beneath him.

I hope you have the same experience that I have when visiting many times with the family. I do not remember the last time I've seen an owner put so much effort into their business, and this man does it consistently.

If you want to hear more about the food, my children almost always get the kid quesadillas with chips and guacamole or queso. My favorite for a long time has been the blackened chicken Caesar either as a burrito or a bowl. My kids also love the machines where the soda comes out, they can pick from a huge variety of flavors and even mix them together.

If somehow you aren't full after a meal here, Bruster's ice cream is across the street and might just be my favorite ice cream in Moco.

The location can be a little hard to find parking during peak hours, but that's really the only negative I can think of.

The food and service here was top notch!! Delicious, huge portions. The staff was super friendly! Especially the gentleman greeting us at the door and delivering the food to our table. I always come here for the southwestern salad which is delicious. Today I tried the BBQ burrito and it did not disappoint! The staff is always friendly and acknowledge me when I come to pick up my order.

My husband and I frequent this CalTor and have always been pleased with the food and the service. I have to say, I am very impressed with Ken, who I assume to be the franchise owner, going above and beyond to meet the needs of the customers. I have seen him prepare the food right along with the line staff, run the cash register, personally greet customers, and he has even sent personal emails thanking me for my orders. We will continue to give this location our business. Thank you!

They were great at customer service when they first opened and pre-pandemic, but I guess lately they've been tightening up the ropes. Once I asked for lettuce to be added to a bowl just after it was made and I noticed it didn't have any but it couldn't be done since it wasn't included in that particular bowl. And I always ask for extra empty bowls because my little kids share a bowl and I feel they are hesitant to give it to me. Today, my husband asked for another utensil set and was told that next time he would have to pay for it. There is a way to be strict but still maintain great service and a friendly attitude, but the staff here haven't figured out how to do that.

I love this place. The food is so good! And the owner is this kindest guy in the world. He is really appreciative of his customers. He gave me two pieces of 🍫 with my order and that totally made my day😁. So if you're in the area, you have to stop by.

Had a lovely meal outside with a friend and my infant son. Ken, who I assume in the owner or manager, was truly the highlight of my visit. He checked on us a few times, and with such empathy asked if I was being impacted by the nationwide formula shortage. He was so kind I think if I had said yes he would’ve hopped in his car and started driving to grocery stores for me. The food was good but Ken will be the reason I come back.

This place was amazing!! The food was very tasty, freash and plentiful. The customer service was even better. I've never experienced this kind of service from a fast style food restaurant. They treated everyone the same with great service and a gentleman even held the door for me.

This is the best CT I have been to by far. Every time I go they exceed my expectations. The place always looks very clean and the staff are really nice. I would highly recommend. Also, I would highly recommend the brownies for a desert. The food is obviously really good but I was surprised by how great the brownies were.

Our family visited this location for the first time last night. EVERY employee is friendly and makes you feel important. The food was prepared perfectly and was great. As we were leaving, the owner stopped us, gave us candy bars, and thanked us for coming. We will definitely frequent them often!

came in to pick up an online order on a cold rainy day and was greeted by the kindest older gentleman who i assume was the manager. he held the door open for me as i came in and left and gave me a free cookie. great customer service :)

Ordered on DoorDash a couple of times. Food was always great. First time went in store today. Staff were super friendly. The owner( I guess) gave me an extra cookie before I left. The location of the store isn’t the best but I think they are trying their best to serve every customer. Do recommend the place.
