POSTAL SERVICES

This is a USPS approved postal provider. I needed to ship some hiking equipment, but didn't have the boxes that would fit my stuff. She helped me pick and assemble some boxes, and ship everything very quickly and kindly! Great experience

We have used this location several times over the last 4 years and have never had any issues or bad experiences with the staff or the owner. Always friendly and helpful. I’m not sure what kind of attitude these people are walking in with to make the staff angry or unhelpful but I believe it’s a them problem and not a staffing issue. Keep up the great work! You are appreciated.

***Just so everyone is aware, the USPS postal worker usually collects packages weekdays at 4 pm, and Saturdays at 2 pm. Anything brought to this office after said hours will be collected the following day. Confirmed this with a driver**

I appreciate this location being open later than others in the city (currently East Palmdale is temporarily closed for some reason).

I dropped a package here to be returned to the sender per sender request. And the package has been returned back to me!

UPDATE (02/29/2020):

I was convinced and instructed by the sender that I can return the opened package without the new label. That's what I tried to do here.

The original (one star) review stemmed from my misunderstanding that this business assumed the sender would not accept the opened package and decided to prevent the return by routing it back to me. It turns out that the USPS policy was the cause of the return failure. I have amended the review to reflect my most recent findings. Thanks for your service, and please accept my sincere apologies for the previous remarks.

Don't pay attention to the bad reviews. This is an honest business and the owner is always so helpful and reasonable. I appreciate what they can do to keep customers feeling safe re: covid. My favorite post office in the city.

I love this place! Hardly ever crowded, nice atmosphere, staff is always helpful, kind, and personable. I told the guy working there not to ever close, he told me to keep coming back then! I will always use this place. It's the best!

This is a great little post office location. Great customer service, hardly ever a wait, and very convenient. The guy who recently took over this location is extremely personable and helpful. (It's newly managed and remodeled, so ignore the previous horrible reviews!) Just fyi- I don't think they have passport services here.

I went in today prepared to have some rude old lady help me at the counter to my surprise. the place went under new management. they expanded the wait area and have 2 people at the counter. Both the gentleman and lady working were extremely friendly and had great costumer service. before today I had not gone back in 8 months trying to avoid the year round grinch (ps. today is dec 1st.) I will definitely be going back. I was VERY pleased with the great service I received.

Owner is a sweet heart. Best service.
