US Post Office Annex

is this place slow? yeah, definitely. but the workers are quick, knowledgeable and courteous. the problem is all of you people showing up not knowing what you even want. they have signs posted everywhere that they don't take credit cards or sell stamps, but you will wait in line for an extra 10 minutes because of the idiots who would rather complain that they didn't bring cash or need stamps.

i feel bad the workers here have to deal with idiots who have obviously never worked in any type of customer-service job. treat the workers better. five stars for the workers, 0 stars for the majority of the people waiting in line

I am surprised at all the NEGATIVE comments about the USPS🙈! I don’t know 🤔 what to say. Let me share a positive experience I had today 10/3/18 with our USPS. I HAD TROUBLE GETTING INTO MY MAIL BOX. I HAD THE KEYS BUT COULD NOT OPEN THE BOX?? I thought something could be blocking the locking mechanism. Hey, I even oiled the key and lock and it was super smooth putting the key 🔑 into the slot. I called the local USPS office that handles these problems. I was on hold less than
10 minutes but with 20 minutes before closing it was busy. I spoke with a representative and she was polite and nice on the phone too. She suggested having the route mailman pull mail from the door into the mail box. Maybe it would make a difference. It did make a difference! At about 5 pm well after delivery a postman came to my door and gave me my mail personally🙇🏻‍♂. He told me something was blocking my mail box door. Later I went out to test my key and it worked!!🙇🏻‍♂🙇🏻‍♂. I was pleased with the superb customer service. 👋 I thought I’d have to spend $85.00 to replace the lock and then go to the USPS TO GET THE KEYS (3) HA, HA! AJS

I was dreading having to go over to the P.O. Annex to pick up a key for a new mailbox that was installed last week. There were a few people in there, no wait. Laura is the person who helped me. She was lovely, helpful and made it all fast and easy! It's so nice when people you come in contact with are so nice. Thank you, Laura!

Honestly decent place, no bad service by any means been there multiple times. They deal with a tough crowed so expect there to be drama if there's 2 people ahead of you.

Carriers are nice so is the staff if I need help with anything package letter wise they are quick to assist.

Great service! Have patience when you go, it is a post office after all. Nothing is gained by being aggressive or angry. It's just mail. And the package-fetcher gal does a great job. Thank you!
