We've previously hired Ron Totorella of All Set Home Management to take care of our property in the Catskills/Hudson Valley. We completely regretted it and would never hire him again. Ron talks a good game, but took little-to-no initiative, and billed for several hours of work, having gotten pretty much nothing done in the way of the jobs/maintenance that he / his company were hired to accomplish. He really wasted our time. He made numerous promises that he didn't even attempt to honor. He's all talk. He lied to us to acquire the job of caretaking for our property and billed for hours that he never even worked. When confronted, he lied. We have motion activated time-stamped security cameras. He never arrived to take care of the property all of the times that he billed us for - and never even remotely got the work done that we'd hired him to do. This old-timer's completely lazy, disorganized, and dishonest. Beware.
