WB Rx Express

I have had nothing but good experiences dealing with this company. They have always been so very helpful. I asked them to call me before prescriptions are charged & shipped. They have done so everytime. This way I know how much each prescription costs & how much is being charged to my card. They are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
I had a bad experience with a different mail order company where they charged $499 on HSA card for a previously covered item.
I have never had a problem with WB Rx Express.

Due to my insurance, this pharmacy was unfortunately my only option for 90-day prescriptions There have been multiple miscommunications, where I'm told different things by different people, and instances where staff has clearly not taken notes that should have been shared with others. They don't accept discount coupons (e.g., GoodRx), so if they have a high price on a medication, you're just stuck. Pretty medieval practices for 2023. Worst of all, you are not shown the medication price before shipment, so you may be in for a large and unpleasant surprise. So for some of my medications, I’ve decided to get 30-day prescriptions more frequently at my local pharmacy. More trips, but worth it.
