Wow!!!! Amazing customer service, not only did I get the parts I needed extremely fast but these guys were above and beyond, I notice after checkout that I’ve ordered one of the items incorrectly so I emailed them and they were able to get the correct items I needed and shipped them right away. 10+ for these guys.

CP has been around the area for many years and have a great selection of stick to ultra-performance marine products, they know the products they sell and can talk tech about what you might need. Always at the top of my list for parts.

Good communication and help so far with them.
I had problem getting in contact with them on mail. Tried to use several domains without mail getting through. Probably too strict mail policy.

Poor customer service. Ordered a part, measurements showed just smaller than what I had but no other options existed. thinking smaller still might work, ordered the part and once I saw it I saw the slightly smaller would not work. tried to call for a return-no response. Set one up online, heard back days later with just a number to add to the package (no other directions). Called many times, leaving multiple messages just to never hear back. Finally, a week and a half after the whole return attempt was started, received an email about again adding the the given number to the package. This time was told no return label is provided for the wrong/non working part, as it was what I ordered. Whole ordeal has just been a bad experience.

Great products (Which you can buy anywhere!) I'll NEVER use them again. Screwed up on product delivered, Made a mess of Credit & expected me to resolve problems they created. Wasted hours of my time following up to resolve credit which they applied to someone's else account. I had to do all the leg work to correct their mistake. Lacking customer service skills, processing & follow up! Would have been easy if they just sent the correct part that was ordered "OR" offered to ship a 2nd time with correct item & pay for the return shipping label for the wrong parts shipped. But No they just insisted in applying credit! What a Mess!! never again! To many other Great sources on line! I went direct to Hardin and received the correct items with in 3-days!

Called requesting a parts catalog and employee said "that's your Tech question" and then put on hold then nobody came back on the call

I called back lady answered and said its $6.00 for a catalog ... Really your going to charge the customer to get a parts catalog to buy parts from your business
