Alexa is the actual best. I have never worn contacts before (I know, I’m 35. Get real, Lauren) but decided to purchase them along with glasses. I decided as few hours after purchasing, contacts weren’t for me. Not only was she super helpful and understanding, but she’s adjusting the charge with my insurance and refunding my contact order. Everyone in here was super nice. Everything went quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Great experience! Everyone one was so helpful and kind. The tech I first met was sweet and informative , doctor took his time and Alexa helped both my husband and I find new glasses and explain cost and insurance process. She was a joy to work with! Thanks again eyeglass world!

I have been going here for multiple years since I was a young child and I love it. Everyone is so nice here and always makes the best conversations. I have anxiety but they make sure everything goes smoothly. I also think Sonya deserves a raise because my God that woman is amazing and the most kindest person ever. She is an amazing woman and you would be blessed to have her help you. Thank you Sonya for asking about my grandmother and helping pick out a cute pair of retro glasses.

Shawn took excellent care of me. I needed an emergency repair. She pointed me in the right direction to get some drilling done on my frames. I came back and she quickly with expertise reassembled my lenses into the frames. I have been a life long customer and things like this strengthen my relationship with this company.

1st time going here, and am very happy with everything. The staff and doctor are great! I will be recommending them to my friends and family. I have used glasses and contacts my whole life and this place has been the best.

Went to eyeglass world on April 19, 2024
There was an issue with my glasses as I wanted progressive plus and was give the standard. However this problem was taken care of with no additional cost to me. Alexa was great as well as the other staff workers. (You know who you are). I came back at least 4 times to have my glasses/frame adjusted.

Alexa is an absolute saint! She went above and beyond to help me out. She was compassionate and patient with listening to my issues and horrible past experience at a separate place. I walked out of there feeling confident in my decisions and am super excited to wear my new glasses when they get done!

My mom’s glasses frame broke and I went to a certain store and was told nothing could be done! I was driving by and found eyeglass world; best decision!!!!. Alexa was so helpful, patient with us and very professional! I will definitely refer anyone who needs help in this regard.😊

Bernie was amazing! My daughter broke her glasses and we needed to get her back to school asap and he was able to get her new glasses done in 15 minutes! The ladies in the front were also amazing!

I had a glasses emergency and they fixed it quickly! When I'm ready to get a new pair I plan to go here:)

Alexa was great, she answered my phone call and did a great job. When I arrived to the site she was great and patient with me. I am not from the area but I would recommend her to anyone!

Went in a couple days ago for glasses for my son and myself. Had the pleasure of being assisted by jessi. She was kind, courteous and made the experience fast and easy. My glasses had to be shipped in which happened in a timely manor. Everything was perfect. Would highly recommend
