The Westminster store has the friendliest staff, not to mention knowledgeable and personable. Danial was very informative as to my needs for draining and refilling my eco5 spa. We also bought out sauna from Mile High! They're the best!!!

Adam and Niki where awesome. They walked us through all the features and options on the hot tubs. The owner kyler called to help get things fiqured out and set up for how we wanted. We will be back for other needs as well.

Recently purchased an Eco Spa and love it! Sales was knowledgeable and friendly, price was fair and love the fact that it can run on 110.
Delivery and install was smooth, installers were careful, and spent a lot of time explaining the ins and outs of the tub.

My husband and I had a couple questions about instillation and they were very helpful in explaining how we switch our tub from 115 to 220. We did have an issue with the jets not functioning on low but they sent someone out same day to give us a pump to keep the water moving (since it was going to freeze that night) and then sent someone out the next day to fix the jets. Overall, great customer service!
