Look at your EOBs!! They double bill Every month for their Cpap rental machines. One charge is for the machine the other is for the humidifier which is built into the machine. Total rent every month for cpap device is around $1,600 before insurance! They are charging you twice for the same thing. You can Buy the same exact model for $900!!! I have contacted the Attorney General.

I called this company and to my dismay they are worthless!!!! The lowest rating I could give was a 1 I'd actually rate them less than that! I would never recommend them to anyone that is in need of equipment! They only care about bottom line, not the patient care. I'm highly disappointed! 😡😡😡

Just called for information and was treated with disinterest and disrespect. This is a large outfit interested only n profit. Don't expect the personal touch once you begin dealing with them.
