Pinnacle At Hammock Place

My wife and I come from another state looking to rent in a nice and quiet place. We honestly liked the apartment complex very much from the first time we saw it. A very sweet and kind lady called Meli, was the one who guided us and helped us to get an apartment and we will always be grateful to her for that. In addition to her excellent service, she told us step by step what to do. 100% professional in what she does.

Meli was such a HUGE help to my process of finding my next home, she was always available for questions and concerns from when I was just in the looking stage and when I decided to apply at Pinnacle she was so incredibly helpful and thorough with my application process. She kept keeping me up to date on the status of the paperwork up until I was approved and through to my move in date. She has such a friendly demeanor and she handled my process with care and always has a quick answer to any of my concerns. She is all about building a connected community for this place and I am just so excited to be a part of it! I really can’t thank her enough for how painless she made this entire process for me and my daughter.

Meli was incredibly professional and fantastic in helping set me up with my apartment. She is always in a good mood and always friendly! At one point in my process there was an issue with my income, but she was able to help me out and quickly resolved all problems. No complaints, just fantastic.

I’ve been living here not even a month the apartment had no issues , was well cleaned before I moved in . Meli is one of the best management over an apartment complex I’ve ever lived in , she here for any questions I have and through my whole leasing process she kept me updated and made it smooth with all paperwork. I love her she’s the best

This is a great place to live. I've lived here for almost 2 years now. There used to be a few issues, but the new maintenance team and office staff that are here are very nice and professional. Don't get me wrong they are all about business. But there have been so many positive changes over the last year and half. Parking used to be a nightmare until maintenance restriped the parking lots and added visitor spots, so the people who are complaining I'm sure are the ones who either don't follow rules or can't read the letters posted everywhere. As far as safety you can't ask for better. The maintenence guys I think both live here and I've seen them out walking around together way after midnight even on the weekends checking the property. I live in a building there was a fire in about 6 months ago, and the maintenence were the first people there within minutes of the alarm going off. One of them went in this place that was on fire to make sure no one was in there and try to do what they could. I mean what more can you ask for. These guys really get to know us. They know when your having a good day or bad day, and they take the time to talk to you and make you smile again. All of my maintenance request are normally done within hours of me calling. When you walk in the office your even asked at times if you would like a drink or snack. I think this is a great place to live and call home and I'm proud to live here. It's not big community so everyone gets to know each other. There are community events every couple of weeks. I just wish they were at little late time so i could attend. I don't get off until age they close so that would be nice if maybe they could do from 6 to 7 pm or so. But over all I would personally like to thank the maintenance for all there help and friendliness, and to the office staff your doing a great job with the constant improvements here.

The apartments are beautiful for a very good rent amount. You can tell management is organized by the way they deal with things and they try to have everyone comply to the terms of the lease. But unfortunately some people that lives here don't appreciate it.

Meli went above and beyond for me during the leasing process. She is very personable and quick to respond to any questions/concerns I had. The process was smooth and she made sure I had everything I needed before moving in. Great customer service!

Assistant manager Meli was super friendly and helpful during my move in process! She would call and inform me on any information that was needed to make my move in process easier. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Management and process was super easy.

The apartments are absolutely beautiful, especially for the reasonable price. Meli made sure i had all that was needed to make sure i felt at home. She’s so sweet!

Great management...very friendly. Apartments are spacious and very nice. EXTREMELY reasonable price. Treated us fantastic after the hurricane.

I have lived at the pinnacles for almost 8 years and have never had any problems I love living here the staff there are wonderful if you have any problems they will help you any way they can the parking it is terrible but they are spaces for visitors to park if you don't have a decal on your car yes they will tow it away they send out letters to the tenants about this and they're supposed to tell their visitors if you want to live here this is a wonderful place to live

I visited my sister a month ago, it was quite nice. Really peaceful place to live in, I wish I could find a place like this in Miami for the same price...

The apartments are all beautiful since they were renovated and I am having a great experience living here
