The Residences at SweetBay

Tonya Howard and Tony Camara are great general managers. Tonya was the manager when I first moved out here and she was a delight! She moved up to Senior Community Manager. Tony is fabulous and I really appreciate his communication with my moving out here at Sweetbay due to the fact that I need more space. Maria Plunkett in the office is a delight as well. She is so kind and always answers my questions immediately. Jenny McCall is also a delight and was very helpful at Sweetbay. I also appreciate Yvonne Rosales who was the general manager at Sweetbay, but moved to sister company on the beach. Everyone at Sweetbay was helpful and nice. The maintenance crew that moved on to the sister company was outstanding and a few still remain out here. I was proud to be apart of this community. The new guys are also nice.

I am a new resident in this community. The move-in was very smooth. Provided me and helped me to get the best offer available. The bay view is a big attraction for me.

We rented for 7 months and I highly recommend. It's an incredibly quiet apartment complex, which is a huge plus for us because we both work from home. Moreover, the amenities are fantastic, and it's within walking distance of the bay. I want to give a special shoutout to the maintenance team and Yvoneé for enhancing our experience even further. Y'all are amazing!!

I can't speak for the residency side of it, but as a guest, this community is beautiful. I babysat here & it was so nice. The apartment was very modern inside. You have to have a code to get into the buildings, which I think is really nice safety wise. The grounds are really well kept. The pool was beautiful. There is a lot of parking and the balconies are nice.

I moved in about two months ago and I love my apartment soooo much! Moving in was so easy and quick, since then every question or concern I have has been taken care of quickly! Love the new look and feel of the area.

We have just moved to this place and we feel very good, it is a spectacular place where you have everything, excellent location and very professional customer service staff.

We are relocating from the ATL area and drove to town to tour properties and make some decisions. After touring several properties on the PCB side, we took a chance and drove out to the SweetBay project "just to look around". We had no appointment and simply popped in to see if we could tour a unit. Yvonee was quick to show us availabilities and take us on a tour. That evening, my husband turned in our application and the next day we had approval. This is a big move and we are making some really huge changes and Yvonee made us excited about all of it. SUPER impressed with everyone we've interacted with in the front office.

I expect that our experience here will be great. I will come back and update after move in and we get a little settled. But for people moving from out of the area - I know that it can be sketchy to find a property sight unseen and through the phone/internet. The folks at SweetBay are professional, thorough and honest. We look forward to living in our new community.

The staff is great. They worked through multiple problems with my move-in & they never gave up. Thank you! They are awesome! My kids and I love it here.

Moved in here about a month ago and honestly love it! The front office ladies and gentlemen are super nice and ready to help, they’re maintenance team is on par with getting in quick fixing your issue. The amenities are great!

Beautiful place, cozy. Pleasant office and service staff. There is everything for relaxation, parties, keeping fit. Enough parking space.

A very pretty place their landscaping is beautiful. They have a Swimming pool . They even have a playground, Also it is a very clean place

Just moved in. Great place to live. Very nice gym/pool. Actual homes are very nice, and the new appliances are a big plus

Y'all gotta go see Jess for some of the best Chili and rice. Let me tell you something, this Chili is FIRE 🔥🔥🔥
