The entire staff was professional and truly wanted to make sure my custom print project was perfect. They stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process and they had it done way before the initial time given. This store truly cares and it starts from the manager on down. True professionals and good people working at this location! I will definitely use them again and will recommend to everyone!

Staples copy department has always been a consistent experience with me. The on line print directions are people friendly, instant proofing of copies, and expedient copy order delivery. Upon store pick up, representatives are quick, professional, knowledgeable.

Had to order again because the staples printing staff printed the wrong size.Not sure how they could mess it up- print to scale 24x36, yet somehow they printed 18x24. Still waiting on the $60 credit that was supposed to be applied to this order. I do not recommend staples

Waste of time should have went to Daytona and job would’ve been done. Terrible customer support in the print dept here in PC. Under staffed and less than competent.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had! I definitely will be taking my print and marketing services elsewhere! The manager Anthony was very unprofessional and no assistance to me. I ordered a custom stamp that was incorrect and was denied a return. Staples definitely need to step their customer service game up before they lose more customers.
