I'm a type 2, diabetic. Never had a weight problem, but my numbers were always high. My doctor recommended that I see Maggie. Working closely with Maggie has dropped my numbers significantly. She has me on a special diet, after reviewing my blood work. I receive emails every day reminding me on what is on the menu for that day. The perfect ratio of carbs, protein so my blood sugar doesn't spike. She always encourages me to be consistent so the blood sugar levels stay in a healthy range.She is on top of the latest with superfoods, contaminates in foods and supplements. She is so educated on the various health issues, that are common in the United States. She has changed my life. I am currently on, NO medications and I'm only taking a few supplements.
