These guys are amazing! Each time I stop in I feel valued and taken care of. I stopped in on Saturday - late afternoon - because one of my tire pressure sensors had failed. I simply wanted to see what that would entail to fix and if I could make an appointment for later this week. To my surprise, they serviced my vehicle right away and I was in and out of there in under 45 minutes - which saved me a trip and scheduling rearrangements this week. Greatly appreciated!

I just had two of my tires replaced on my 23 Hyundai Elantra. It was my first time using Pep Boys & at this location. They guys were so helpful, quick & efficient. They made sure my car was done in a timely manner & took very good care of me. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Arrived at Pep Boys on Saturday morning 8:00am. Stated I need my vehicle checked. They were booked solid all weekend.
Service rep asked what's the issue.
I stated I smell gasoline and there was a puddle of gasoline under my car. He stated I cannot drive the car. ALSO, when the techs come in at 9:00am he would have my car checked immediately which they did. They even showed me the outside cover below the gas tank saturated with gasoline. I had them start the work. 🐿 🐿 were building nest up on gas tank & chewed both top/bottom fuel lines. This was definitely a serious issue. The vehicle could have caught fire 🔥or even exploded. All service reps & Techs were so curtious & polite.
Will definitely use Pep Boys again.

I was in a bind and needed a last-minute patch or replacement due to a slow leak in my tire, and my experience here was perfect. Brandon was so friendly and very quickly assessed the problem, and they were willing to let me come in an hour before they closed despite my short notice. I was in and out the door in less than an hour, and everyone there was friendly and informative. Highly recommend this location!

Had brakes and rotors done! Great service, quality work. First time in years I brought a vehicle to Pep Boys. I will be coming back! Thank you for making my day a lot less worrisome today!

I bought a set of new tires @ the Bethel Park store. I had conversations with Dave the manager & Montell the technician. I found these guys to be very honest & conscientious. For anyone looking for some new tires or auto repairs, I would highly recommend them.

Quality service at a good price. Spoke to the shop manager for some time and this place really has their stuff together. Technicians don’t take shortcuts and manager takes care of his employees. I have always thought pep boys have a bad reputation, this particular one is top notch and would recommend it to anyone for any type of automotive service. This location is located in Bethel Park, PA.

Hit the curb and ruined my tire. Had my car towed to Pep Boys. The staff and the service was 5⭐! The staff were so friendly! They me on my way in no time!

BEST SERVICE EVER. They squeezed us in before my family left for vacation and put four brand new tires on our car at a very reasonable price (half of what we were quoted by two other businesses) Even wished us a safe trip and a great vacation.

What I love the most about this team is their down to earth, approachable manner. No matter what the issue, or need, they are ready with an action plan even if that location cannot help. We needed new tires for my daughters Jeep Cherokee (she was literally home for a weekend) and while the Library/Bethel location couldn't help us that day--they worked with the Pep Boys location in the next township to ensure our daughter could safely return to school. When my BMW needed tires, they once again helped and gave us a better, smarter tire option (and less expensive) than the dealership. Great service. Smart service and timely service. Kudos to this team and the Pep Boys brand. I'm very glad this is still a local option for my family's car needs.

I can’t remember his name, but the guy who helped me was very kind and helped me pick out the perfect tires. He gave his honest opinion on the options I was given :)

Dave set me up with an Uber to and from work since the garage was fully booked, and my car repair was so involved. These guys are true experts. Just give ‘em a clue about what problems your car’s having, and they’ll usually know the root cause immediately. They definitely do the best quality work I’ve found anywhere.

We use this location for all of our car needs. The mechanics are knowledgeable and helpful. I recently came to the store because my car would not start. Corey and his staff went out of their way to help figure out what was wrong with my car, which was a faulty battery that we had purchased elsewhere. They had us fixed up and on our way quickly. Thanks for a great experience.

It’s hard to find a good shop but I like bringing my car to this one in Bethal Park. Straight to the point of what I need and I appreciate that. There’s a lot of work I can do myself but I like a shop that honest and to the point for the jobs I don’t want to do.

This is a fantastic place. Prompt service, very friendly communication, and excellent workmanship.. We have been going here for 12 years because we are extremely pleased.

I went to Pep Boys in Bethel Park for a simple car inspection and oil change. Little did I know that I needed all new tires to drive safely on the road. Corey, one of the employees there, was so nice and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to come here!
