CVS Pharmacy

The services at CVS have made our lives much easier with available vaccines, flu shots, etc. The customer service has been appreciated and the location is convenient for our family. Keep up the good services for the community.

The employees have ALWAYS been fast, friendly and responsive, by phone or in person. (Also this is totally free, doesn’t even need a log in to use this and I’m not affiliated with any company here BUT-) One of the first times I came here, an employee told me about GoodRX.com as a resource since I couldn’t afford my $200 monthly meds (even w/ insurance). That advice literally has saved me THOUSANDS at this point, and they had no need to help me like that I am forever grateful to the employee who did. As for some other reviews, medication can’t be returned once it leaves the premise in the pharmacy world, so policy might be the problem for safety reasons, it’s not staff working being difficult. My wish is that the company of CVS would change their bottle stickers to be more easily removable- trying to remove them is so frustrating because they don’t pull cleanly off, I have to scrape at it or get it sort of wet and make a big mess once a month. They don’t recycle well without effort. I would normally reuse them for small objects like beads or sewing needles. ♻ 🧵But I choose to get meds sent here because it’s fast, convenient, and they are always nice to me. Lead pharmacist guy is cute too but in a “wow you’re smart and I hope your life is as good to you as you are to others” way :) Very nice people. Been going here forever, they are all hardworkers who show up and make it happen. Their service to our community is invaluable please be nice to them!!! 💕

It is true that they seem understaffed. However these folks work SO HARD. It is an incredibly busy and stressful job, one of the hardest customer service jobs out there.

You can tell that this team is overworked. They have a hard job and always have a great attitude. I am grateful to them for showing up doing their very important job!

Never a long wait. New scripts are ready within a few hours- not like
W.......ns where it took days and I always had to wait in line for an hour to pick up a Rx.

The pharmacist here has recognized me every time I have come in and the techs here are helpful and welcoming!

This is a good CVS. Customer service is great here. Avoid the CVS in the Target Quarry, in NE Minneapolis.

Customer service is always 5 🌟

They are chronically under staffed, but the staff always does their best to help people and are kind and patient. Even during the pandemic they were rock stars. I have more complicated meds and they only have so much in their control but provide all the info I need in case of shortages.

Friendly staff, prescriptions can be filled while you shop and they will send your a text when it's ready.

Very understaffed. Doesn't mean the ladies weren't working hard, because they were. Very helpful.

I went to get my medicine and they where close at 12.45 pm but they are supposed to close at 1.30pm then I just ask them what time they re going to open and they laugh and see each other as like I make a jock.. please hire ppl that really have customer service thanks

This CVS is a disaster... they incorrectly mixed my sons medication. When we called they said a new batch would be ready this was a lie they didn't have the full prescription. I have received either the wrong medication or the incorrect amounts at times. Compounded by the number of times medications weren't ready when they said it would be; I cannot continue to go to this location or recommend it in good conscience.

Hire more pharmacists

CVS has so understaffed this pharmacy that it is now literally impossible to call them to get a prescription filled--the only option they give is to leave a voicemail which includes sensitive private medical information on non-secure storage. Absolute nightmare of a company. I will be switching pharmacies next month.

Normally, I’m all for a good review- but not for this place. If I could, I would give it negative stars. I have had the worst experience and I’ll be looking for a new pharmacy. The pharmacist refused to give me my medication and told me to go back to my physician. They argued back and forth and told me I couldn’t pick up my period until July for my ADHD medication. My physician said CVS had my prescription and they’re not sure why they turned me away.
My physician (the next day) was on hold for FOUR HOURS. I ended up going in because that seemed like the easier route. They then give me the same response until I had to show them the MyChart message. Then they told me to come back in 20 minutes to the pickup window (bypassing the line.) I came back in 20-25 minutes later. I waited a solid 5-7 minutes to even be acknowledged for them to tell me to get in line.I waited an additional 15-20 minutes. Awful customer service, awful wait times on the phone and in-person. There were 5-6 people working an the one person that was helpful didn’t even work at this CVS!

the pharmacists are great. this is really just on target to properly staff their pharmacy. doesn’t make sense that there is only ever one person staffed.
