Worth its accolades. Yes, super-expensive. But the food is so great. And excellent, surprisingly affordable, wine list.

The steak, with a gorgonzola topping, was delicious. My wife loved the shrimp and scallops.

This is a splurge place for sure, for a romantic occasion -- not an everyday restaurant!

Very much enjoyed this restaurant. Ordered the Lobster Ravioli, which was cooked to perfection, and the raviolis were delicious. Also had the scallop appetizer & rum cake for a birthday dessert, which were both impressive. I would definitely recommend asking for Lewis for your server, Excellent product knowledge and his friendly personality, made the dining experience a wonderful occasion. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

I would travel to St. Augustine again specifically to eat at Collage. The restaurant is located on a beautiful brick paved street with a garden entryway. My wife and I were very lucky to nab a table without reservations. The ambience is amazing - quiet and personal. The servers were friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations on both food and wine pairings. We were served bread with roasted garlic cloves and a basil-infused olive oil. We enjoyed the olive oil so much we actually purchased some and took it to go.

My wife ordered the lobster ravioli and I ordered the black grouper. Both were unreal. The grouper raised the bar on fish for me. My mouth is watering writing this review. We ordered the "Coffee, Cake and Doughnuts" for dessert. I'm not a big sweets guy but this thing was next level. I am very sure my wife would leave me for this dessert. The whole experience felt like an unbelievable value.

We will be back next year!

Absolutely delicious. Got the scallop saltimbocca and mini tuna poke for appetizers and split the surf and turf. It was our anniversary and for special occasions they give you free rum cake for dessert! Excellent service as well.
They do allow BYOB with a $25 corkage fee.

Best meal I’ve had in a long time! My husband and I came here for our wedding anniversary and I ordered the beef medallions with a lobster tail. I had no problem clearing my plate! My husband got the catch of the day, wahoo, and added a lobster tail. Mango salsa and coconut rice. It was delicious. We were disappointed that it was only beer and wine, but with how good the food was, it didn’t really matter. The best part was the service. A server that wasn’t ours noticed that I was trying to get a stain out (soy sauce) of my dress. I was using water as I didn’t have anything else. Without saying anything to me, she immediately left and came back with a teacup of liquid. She told me she had heard that Pinot Grigio and lemon juice was great for removing stains. It came right out! I was so impressed with everything overall. It is a small place so you definitely need reservations.

Recommended by some friends, we went last night. Service was fantastic - sad to say I forgot the servers name but had good advice on all the menu items. The back-up was a woman named Harmony who, as her name implies, gave us amazing, friendly service! GREAT bread service - served with roasted garlic and basil olive oil (seriously could've had that for dinner). The seasonal salad was a bit blah but the rest of the meal was fab - we both had the filet - cooked perfectly. The butter rum cake was a yummy end! Will be back.

A very quaint and romantic setting...low lighting, candles on the tabletops and white table cloths. Strawberry sorbet served after the bread to cleanse your palate. Dinner was the Surf and Turf and Pan Seared Scallops. Each dish served with its own special sauce and mixed ingredients. Everything was superb! Reservations are a must due to the extreme popularity of this highly rated restaurant.

10 out of 10! (Yelled in a funny voice while doing a little ditty!)

What a lovely and special place! The perfect romantic restaurant for a special event or sharing a great memory with someone close to you. My wife, brother, and sister-in-law recently dined at Collage and had an outstanding meal from start to finish!

We had two tenderloin meals cooked perfectly and both had excellent seasonings. Then there were some shared appetizers of burrata and scallops along with soup and salad. There was nothing left on any of our plates! The bread service was so outstanding that we ordered a second loaf!

Our service was pretty flipping spot on too! From the moment we were greeted until literally heading out the door we were treated well and everyone had a smile!

Yes, this is a pricey restaurant. Yes, be prepared so you can get it off your mind and enjoy the experience! And go and ENJOY the experience! It was a truly beautiful meal!

To those about to dine, I salute you!

We had a fantastic anniversary dinner here! We knew the food would be amazing—my beef tenderloin was the best I think I’ve ever had—but I’m adding a review because of the service. Cherie and Sara were so kind and wonderful. Sara would be a great sommelier! She thoughtfully helped us choose the perfect bottle of wine. Both staff added little touches to our dinner to make it extra special. We will definitely be back when visiting this area!

Outstanding meal. Our best in several years. Food was excellent, and Harmony our waitress was so very friendly. Perfect for our 35th anniversary. Highly recommended.

We have had great meals all over the U.S., Europe, South America and North Africa, this place is in our top 5 meals ever. The food was exceptional and the service was excellent. My wife had the lobster ravioli topped with a lobster tail and I had the rack of lamb. Both meals were beyond delicious. I suggest the Bougainvillea for dessert.

Collage is one of the best restaurants in St Augustine. It’s small, so you absolutely need reservations.

You begin with very hearty but soft inside bread with basil oil and baked garlic bulb.

Went with my daughter and my husband for my birthday. We each ordered salads to start— I ordered the Artichoke and Goat Cheese salad with Vanilla Brown Butter dressing. It had a nutty and honey-like flavor but still very light. My daughter and husband ordered the Caesar without and with anchovies. They both thought the dressing was nice and didn’t overpower the salad.

After salad they serve a strawberry White vinegar sorbet to cleanse the palate- which it does and is so refreshing.

For entrees. I ordered the Surf and Turf - 6 ounce filet that was sliced, and 2 large diver scallops. I wish the steak had not been sliced, but it it was not overcooked- medium rare on all pieces. The accompaniments (risotto and broccoli) had great seasoning. The Cabernet Demi-glaze was also very nice.

My daughter ordered the 8 ounce filet -again perfectly medium rare. The hericots verts and mashed potatoes were also perfect.,

My husband ordered the lamb prepared 2-ways. One looked like pot stickers with ground lamb and Moroccan tasting spices. He actually didn’t care for that much. The 2 large/thick lamb chops were perfectly medium rare with a nice pistachio crust.

For dessert, we had the butter rum cake - very, very light vanilla sponge with a hint of rum and a raspberry gastrique.

Our server Louis was very professional and accommodating. Wonderful meal.

Wow! The whole experience start to finish was incredible. Truly remarkable food and service in a beautiful quaint space. Great for an anniversary or birthday - or if you’re a foodie like myself. We had the catch of the day, scallops special, special salad, and coffee cake and donuts. Everything was exquisitely cooked, beautifully presented, and perfectly timed. Very impressed! Would absolutely recommend and we will come back again and again!

Our current favorite place to eat in St. Augustine. We've had the same server the last two times we've been and he is great! I can't remember his name but he wears a black belt with flamingos (in case the restaurant reads this). Very knowledgeable and friendly! We had the butternut squash soup which was very good. We had the skin-on Pompano (special) and the Au povoire tenderloin steak which were both delicious. We were to full to eat dessert this time but I know their crème brulée is one of the best. They make it right! Also discovered a new (to us) Chardonnay wine that was so creamy and smooth. We go here every time we come! Atmosphere only got a four star because it is a small place so they maximize the tables they can get in there and it's tight. It gets noisy when all the tables are full and people aren't mindful.

We enjoyed an excellent meal a couple of days ago. I had the Sheepshead catch of the day and my husband had the Surf and Turf. Excellent!

Collage is our #1 favorite restaurant 🥗 in town. In a town filled with fabulous food, that is quite the achievement.🏆 We live in the heart of the historic district and love ❤ having neighbors like Collage.

That pan seared drum was out of this world and the polenta and brussel sprouts 🌱 blew me away. YES Brussel Sprouts can you believe it?

One of the best experiences I've had, not only in St. Augustine, but in general. Food is fantastic, flavorful and one of a kind. Our service was delightful. The atmosphere is romantic. We were pleased with all of our food. The dessert alone is worth coming for.

Amazing food- the scallop appetizer was out of this world. The filet was cooked to perfection, just a great experience.
The only downside is that there is no parking or valet service.

Wow, seriously one of our fav restaurants. If you are a foodie, this is a great please to set the bar. We love going here for date nights and special occasions. We usually go with groups and everyone always loves their food. Make reservations about a month in advance if you want to go on a weekend as they are always booked.
