Burger King

I got they're around 10:00 and they were very slow they got hit with customers big time. Anyways honestly I don't care to wait very long I guess I waited about 10 minutes long enough for them to freshly cook some meat and buns and fries so I know everything was fresh and it was really good and they were super nice not apologetic or anything because they were having some kind of a night I think they had like 15 people order so they were super busy but I love Burger King I love Burger King I love Burger King

Good food the drive thru was slow otherwise it's a reasonable place to eat

I am OSHA certified and seen 3 health and safty violations in the 10 minutes I was there when I mention to manager that I was OSHA and what the violations were she blew it off. Expect health department to make surprise inspection.
I have a service animal which the manager told me that there was because there was other guests I couldn't have my service animal with me

One of the managers quit and walked out on the other manager and crew, but the crew continued to work diligently and as a team! The remaining manager (only a manager for 4 days at tge time) on shift gave a disclaimer to the customers who came inside and informed them that one of the managers had quit and that they were short- handed. He indicated that there would be a bit of a wait for the orders to be filled. I totally understood and proceeded with my order and waited with no problem. The crew communicated well together to get the orders out, and there didn't seem to be much confusion at all. In the midst of unexpected adversity, the crew did exceptionally well. I was impressed. I told them that they were all doing a great job, and I encouraged them to keep up the good work. I came back a few days later and the same manager was on duty again. I told him again that he did a great job when the other manager quit on them and he was really grateful. I believe that this particular crew needs to be highly recognized, because as busy as they were, no one else got discouraged and walked out. Burger King should for sure be grateful for this crew. They could have ALL gotten fed up and quit that night, but they didn't. They ALL hung in there and braved through it! KUDOS TO THEM ALL! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We got to the drive through on July 4th just as fireworks were starting to go off. I was a little worried they might be closed but a friendly voice asked what we would like. A 5 person order (some of us are a little picky) was repeated back to us exactly right. The lady at the window was so nice, she made sure all the kids in the back got crowns. I had intended to drive and eat but different kids needed different things so we just stopped in the parking lot to eat quickly. The food was hot and delicious and everything was right. Before we could get back on the road 2 of us decided to run in and use the bathroom. Inside it was nice and clean. After a long day with about 5 hours left of driving, it was just what we needed. Great experience!

They were very nice to us here when we went. Our food was delicious and hot and it was clean inside. The lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. Thank you we will back again.

It was such a pleasant surprise to go to a Burger King to be Great in all aspects. Crew and Service were spot on and the Restaurant itself was clean and stocked. Food was Fresh and Hot and had plenty of Condiments in the bag, and we didn't have to pay extra for the extra. We love Burger King, because we get our Food our Way for the price on the Menu.

Nice n clean outside and Inside there bathrooms could be bigger

The Breakfast burritos are hands down best out of all fast food chains and they are open at 6am. The big burrito was a meal by itself and the regular ones had real sausage patties.

Wonderful food. Clean restaurant and restrooms. The service was good.

Love their burgers, fries are usually fresh, once in a while we'll get an old(er) batch of fries. Sometimes, especially on busy nights, the window staff will get caught up being busy they forget their manners. But overall this is one of my favs!! 🍔

Love this Burger King! If I could give them 100 stars I would!. Always has great service and fresh food!. Just came thru at 830p and everything was made to order hot and fresh. Didn’t mind the wait at all. My order was perfect. It’s always perfect here honestly! Best fast food in town right here ! For sure! Thank you

Whoever manages this Burger King needs to do something nice for the awesome people that opened this morning. My son and I went there way early and they all went out of their way for us. They had great attitudes at 6am (that alone is impressive lol)and had us laughing so hard. That is very rare. We moved here recently and won’t even go to some other places here at all because the service is awful. Customer service goes a very long way and there’s some great people working there. We will be going there just for the service alone. I hope these employees are being recognized for their hard work because they deserve it.

Ordered 2 impossible burger meals without mayo, when i got the food the burgers ONLY had mayo... 5 star rating for the excellent attitude about it. I wasn't upset and they weren't either. They apologized, fixed the order, and apologized again. Very professional!

I was kind of surprised. The breakfast burrito was really good. I went through the drive through and ate at work. Staff was friendly. I was really wanting to go somewhere else, but Burger King was open, which proved helpful

I went to Burger King with my granddaughter Tawnny.. she never had a Whopper before she was always used to McDonald's so we drive up and it sounded like the lady said happy birthday I said how did you know it was my birthday and she said oh I didn't I said wait a minute did you say welcome to Burger King instead of happy birthday and she said yeah but happy birthday to you anyway and so I ordered two Whoppers and two drinks and the senior discount is a drink so I went up to go pay for it and get our food and they had a surprise for me and it was just awesome made it a very special day I took pictures of them because they are wonderful and now my granddaughter loves Burger King and she loves those people she said that she'll never forget that day this is the Shawnee Street in Muskogee Oklahoma Burger King right by Gino's restaurant when you go there say the birthday girl said hi thank you and God bless all

This Burger King has always been great to me!! The employees and managers have always treated me like gold!! I literally went here twice a day for 2 years and always had good experiences!!

Great Place! Fast drive through. Love the coupons I get from them in mail incerts once a month! It saves us a lot of money! Keeps me going there.
