Bori Café Bar and Wilmiricans

If you’re looking for authentic Puerto Rican food, this place is a must-visit. It transported me back to my cherished memories of Puerto Rico. The restaurant itself is beautiful, creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious, offering a true taste of Puerto Rican cuisine. The music is perfect and sets the tone for a wonderful dining experience. The staff is great and incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home. Just a few minutes from Wilmington, this spot is worth the trip. Be sure to try the coffee, the mouthwatering food, and the excellent desserts. You won’t be disappointed!

A little piece of Puerto Rico in a corner on North Carolina. So far I’ve only tried the egg, ham & cheese sandwich with a coffee. But they manage to capture what breakfast in a Puerto Rican cafeteria taste like. I will definitely be back and I’ll bring the rest of the family

Great family atmosphere with the comfy couches and fireplace. The menu has traditional Puertorican dishes and mixed cuisine. The ability to enjoy many different coffees and quesito or mofongo with fried chicken makes Boricafe Hampstead's best new hang out.

The coffee was out of this world and the pastries were amazing! Service was great and, the barista, Grace, was on top of everything and super friendly! Definitely will be coming back again.

Excellent food and coffee. Their pastries are delightful, and their sandwiches are a hit. The sandwich bread is traditional Puerto Rican bread you can’t find anywhere else. They also serve Medalla beer, brewed in Mayagüez, PR.

We had a cream cheese filled quesito (kay-SEE-to, means “small cheese”), a cream cheese and guava pastelillo (paw-stay-LEE-yo, means “small pie”), and a ground beef pastelillo. I was instantly transported to the kiosk on the playground at my elementary school in Puerto Rico. Sooo good, you have to try!

Staff is great, vibes are great and the food is absolutely delicious!
There are savory and sweet options for breakfast. Coffee is the best too.
Most importantly, kid friendly!

This is a great little place. The food and coffee are very good , as are the prices. I had the cappuccino and my wife had the latte, both were superb. The service is excellent, friendly staff, nice Puerto Rican vibe. Will definitely return to try out more of the menu. Swing by and check them out, I think you’ll be pleased.

Love the atmosphere I was welcomed into. My close friend is the nephew to one of the owners and I said I’ll give the place a shot, and long behold my standards were blown out of the water. Great food, fantastic service. 5 stars all across the board. Definitely a place I will come back to when my traveling schedule allows me to

So good I would come back everyday if I could. The coffee is definitely best; fresh authentic and made to order. I loved the quesitos and the breakfast we had was amazing. Again everything was fresh. Highly recommend if you’re in the area or just need a quick good coffee if passing through.

Delicious pastries that are light and flaky and not overly sweet like the stuff at the grocery store. Good coffee, nice relaxed vibe. And they have beer and wine. Support your local businesses!

I got a cappuccino through the drive-thru and it was delicious! Perfect balance of flavor without being too sweet! The barista was extremely friendly and fast! They did have me order at the window vs the speaker box which was odd because it was working but didn’t bother me because I was the only one in line so I hope they will utilize the speaker box on busy days to cut down on wait time. I will definitely return!

¡Delicioso! Just had their ham, egg, and cheese sandwich along with a Quesito and an awesome coffee. Can't wait to go back for more to try other things. Very authentic reminds me of home.

I love to go and eat at BoriCafe. It is like having a little piece of PR here in NC. The coffe is amazing. The food out of this world. But the best thing is the service. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I recommend BoriCafe 100%. Believe me, you will have a great time!

Definitely the best place to have breakfast and THE BEST COFFEE that as a latino, will make you feel like being back home. Excellent food, service and atmosphere. This is exactly what we needed in Wilmington, NC!

The food was delicious! The coffee is made with real Puertorrican Coffee El Lareño the best Puertotrican Coffee in my opinion. The atmosphere and the employees are great! We will be going back!

Very clean cafe with a great indoor and outdoor atmosphere! The coffee was superb and the puervian pastries were great aswell. I would recommend anyone to stop by here if they are in the area
