Cameron is amazing!!!!! He has worked on our broken AC unit twice now and both times he has been quick to come out and fix it. He is very professional and very smart at what he does. Truly do not know what we would do without Cameron this summer!! He is the best!!

When my original installer stood us up, Wilmington Air was the only who came to rescue us on a 90 degree humid Sunday. AC is so critical in the summer you have to make sure you have someone reliable to call upon. In Wilmington Air we found ours. Hadi was on time, with great communication, honest, and most importantly, out here to help when others can't or won't. We will use definitely them from now on.

If you have an emergency heat/air problem on a weekend, this is the outfit to call. The tech, Hadi, was right on time (within 2 hr. of call) and superbly competent. This guy knows his stuff. I should know - I'm an engineer. He had the problem doped out very quickly and got our heat pump back on line super quick.He's so competent that he gave an old engineer a master class in some arcane refrigeration details and theory. Professor Masri is great. HOWEVER - the prices they charge should keep the owner in a very nice powerboat.

Can not recommend Wilmington Air enough. Super quick response time. Thorough yet efficient in diagnosing the problem - and my unit is a dinoaaur. Affordable solutions offered. They even came for a follow up to make sure it was right. Thank you, Mark and Hadi for fixing my A/C so quickly in the middle of summer. You have a customer for life.

Technician was out within hours of calling them for an emergency. Was updated by text of who was coming. Was called by technician when he was on his way. Technician, Hadi, was great, friendly, and fixed us right up!! Prices are great!! We would and will recommend them to friends and neighbors!!

Extremely professional and prompt. Our AC wasn't working and a technician had to come out after hours. The prices were reasonable for the repair, the technician arrived on time and the service call was handled quickly.
