We had Dan that was knowledgeable of how to fit our vent issue with mice coming into our cabin. He fixed the fan vent for the bathroom and replaced flex tubing and cleaned out the fan light. He did a nice job of communication and doing the service within his time frame. He found a solution for the dryer exhaust vent also.
Let’s hope this takes care of our mice issue in the basement! 😊

Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. I needed a new gas range hooked up after the appliance install failed. My service technician did a wonderful job upgrading my original installation. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and on time.

I contacted them to have routine maintenance performed on our heating and ac systems. The initial contact was via their website (contact info, what type of work, scheduling). I received a follow-up call the next day to confirm the information and to set the appointment date/time. I received reminders of the appointment by text and email the day before and the morning of the appointment. Sam the tech arrived pretty much right in the middle of the scheduled window. He was friendly and informative, and got the work done in a timely manner. I'll use these guys again.

We were extremely pleased with Paul, very knowledgeable. Really quick fix to our kitchen faucet. He was here early wuth plenty of notice and really sociable which I and my husband enjoyed!! Thanks Paul, will definitely use your services for future use.

Update: I had 608 out for another job and the bid was SO incredibly expensive that I could not hire them. They are professional and kind, but be prepared to pay absolute top dollar. If money is not an issue, I would still recommend 608.

I have been have a problem with the speed In which my kitchen sink has been draining for a couple weeks, One day it just stopped. I gave a call and they showed up that Wednesday. The plumber was professional and kind. After 45 minutes of solid hard work, my sink was good as new. Also he didn't leave a mess and cleaned up the whole work area. I think I have found my new plumbing company and will speak very highly of them. 13/10

I hired 608 to assist in a gas stove installation. Steve was professional and kind. Due to odd circumstances Steve had to drive me to the hospital. He came back later in the week to finish the install and still maintained the agreed upon price.

I requested Steve Zastrow to come out & check my hot water heater, as I had an abnormal reading on the Navien heater display. I was able to clear the abnormal code & open the water valve from the Amtrak expansion tank. Steve said the readings on the display were all normal, so I opened up the hot water tap & we watched the water temperature rise on the display. All good. We then checked the outside spigot and water came out after the air was pushed out. We then checked the washer & dryer hook up. Steve showed me where the shut off valves were located for the washing machine hot & cold water. We checked washing machine operation & Steve alerted me to remove the 5 bolts with plugs that lock the tub for shipping purposes. Steve then checked the dryer for gas leaks and it tested good. Steve was here less than an hour & all is good in the garage. Thanks Steve!

We live in Richland Center. Never used these guys before. Our sewer backed up and we called them. They fit us in and were here for 3 hours(5:30-8:30pm)but was unable to fix the issue at that time bc they ran out of length for the snake. They told us they would come out hopefully the next day. They were at our hours at 9am with their jet equipment. They got the issue resolved. They even put us in contact with someone for clean up. Definitely will be using them again and will recommend them.

Upon the failure of our gas water heater I contacted several local plumbing contractors to inquire about having a heat pump unit installed. 608 Plumbing offered to install the brand that I preferred. They did extra work to make the install suit our particular needs and the hot water system is functioning as designed. Their crew is courteous, efficient and their work is neat and orderly.
